I'm currently going through the IVF process at Ohio Reproductive Medicine and I've had nothing but an amazing experience. Everytime I call and leave a message someone calls me back in a timely manner and is always pleasant and very helpful. When I've had to go in to the building to sign paperwork I'm greeted by the front desk person and no matter who it is they're always so helpful and courteous.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this place has been so unprofessional that I felt a need to. Went there twice on the recommendation of our doctor. The first time, the staff was rude and unhelpful. The receptionist would not tell us the procedure to turn in a sample and said that “we should know.” Went the second time earlier today. Was told on the phone that they closed at 3:00PM and that no appointment was necessary. My wife and I took time off of work and got there at 1:00PM. When we got there, they were closing up and told us that they were closing early today. The lady closing the office said that we needed an appointment now as well. There was no indication that they were going to close early. It is inconvenient and unprofessional to treat clients this way. I would give a zero star review if I could.

My experience of sperm freezing with them has been very good. I was a little bit sceptic at first after seeing only one star reviews but from my experience they have been very professional and friendly. Booking an appointment over the phone or in person was very easy and they had a lot of open spots to fit my schedule.

This organization is the flakiest group of health professionals that I've ever dealt with. They have a bedside manner that makes Joseph Mengele look like Dr Quinn Medicine Woman. We were told that this was the best group in CBus; I hope it's not true.

Very rude and unorganized older lady. I believe her name ia ROBIN. Before we started the long process of trying to conceive we signed papers and gave them our credit card information (copying and writing the info down). Months past and we receive a collection letter in the mail that happened over a holiday week along with consent papers. This was the first bill we received from them. I was furious to find out I had 1 day before we were sent to collections because the mail didn't run because of the holiday. So I called and spoke with the older lady. She was very rude and short with me. So my husband and I go in a couple weeks later to discontinue our services. The same older lady was there and I proceeded to tell her you sent me to collections we just want to terminate our services. She tells us we didn't send you to collections I have your file right in the office. I told her I received a letter stating we were sent to collections and I called the day i recieved the letter. She was again very short and had a face of are you calling me a liar. She said you must have mistaken us for your fertility facility. We never sent you to collections. She goes to the office which is open and it's just a mess so unorganized and files everywhere. In order to terminate our services we had to pay the full balance right then and there. She asked us for our credit card info and we told her we already gave that info to you and you made a copy of it when we first started. We were told they didn't have that info, so where are the papers we signed and consented. At that point we were so disgusted we juat paid and left. Overall it was a terrible experience and i am suprised at how unorganized this facility is considering they were holding our sperm and embryos.

This isn't a place you get to choose to use, you have to use them if you go through ORM. So I understand that customer service isn't a priority for them, but they are dealing with very sensitive issues and sensitive people who have been though h*ll and back. It would be wonderful if the people working there had any understanding of what we've been through and why we have to deal with them. Compassion and empathy could go a long way toward making this painful experience a little easier.

I worked with Dr. Williams in helping me to become pregnant and while this was a success and took just 3 months to achieve, even if it hadn't I would highly reccommend this Doctor as he is incredibly positive, compassionate and kind. He is very obsessive about making sure every detail is covered and you never leave feeling frustrated or ill informed. The staff is also very nice and helpful but it's the doctor that makes this facility excellent. Thanks Dr. Williams! You're the bomb :-)
