Big store with a huge selection of nice furniture. They have a good financing program as well.

I went to the Hamilton rd location an I feel like I got ripped off originally went to look for furniture didn’t like any thing they had in stock so I got a mattress an box that was overpriced and not comfortable at all a waste of money I will not be back !!

My mother bought a chair from this location, and after 2 months the chair (recliner) broke. She contacted the company and was told they would need to “repair the chair”. if you sell someone junk you need to replaced the chair!! He paid cash!! Meanwhile her husband is sitting in a broken chair for months - they live in a small condo and only have 2 recliners that they sit in. They’ve now been waiting for months for repair. I would not recommend buying furniture from this store.

Bought a dining room set a few months ago it was nice but the problem was more the customer service. Everything started with the delivery they promised friday delivery between 5 and 6pm. Past 6pm i called they said they are running late told me i could wait till 11pm or for next day. i told them i wait till 11pm, they never showed or called until next morning sayng they would be there this morning at 8am so i had to leave work to meet them. Few days after this my son sat at the table we bought and the chair seat fell off, i decided to check the rest of the chairs we bought cometo find out they wore all loose to the point i could just take the screws off by hand. i took pictures and went to the stores and showed the pictures to the salesperson and they got someone to come out to fix them all. To top it all off i had a chair replaced that got damaged during delivery and when i came to pick it up witch they said they would deliver i got greeted and told why i gave a 1 star when it wasnt even me. Overall the furniture is okay but the whole customer service need fixing.

Stay away!!! I ordered a sofa in Feb for delivery in April. I was told there was a small chance it would not be available but that the wait wouldn’t be long. In April , after calling 5 times, I was told it would be 6 weeks. Now in June I am being told it will be another month. This was not a special order piece or customized but they refuse to refund my money so I will have no couch for at least 3 months.Worse than that is how I have been treated. I spent over $2500 in this store and was treated terribly. They won’t return calls and I truly doubt if I will ever get the sofa. Worse yet when I went to the store and asked them to provide proof my sofa had been ordered they called the police and said “ A Black man is being disorderly and causing a scene in my store” There are also multiple complaints of them taking money and not dealing with problems with their orders

Very impressed with both the quality of merchandise and service we got here. Sales person provided great help and info that was really helpful. This was a pre-shopping trip, will be going back soon after checking a few other places. This place is on our short list.

I ordered a dining room set on June 27, 2020. It's now December 14, 2020 and I'm still missing 3 chairs and the cord to the light in the hutch. I've been in contact with Midal who keeps telling me he's going to track it and get back with me. I do not get a phone call back and have to continuously call him to get the same answer: "I see it's been shipped I will have to track it and get a delivery date." I ordered in June to have this by the holidays and I went through Thanksgiving with folding chairs sitting at my new table. I'm sure Christmas will be the same. VERY DISSAPPOINTING! I'm really beginning to wonder if I'm getting these chairs and at all may need to take legal action.

For what was advertised to be delivery to the store for an online table order within a few weeks, it took 2 1/2 months to arrive with a crack on the top of the table. This is after two months of charging my credit card when it was originally “shipped.” After being told it had arrived about two months in, they couldn’t find it when I was going to pick up and said it hadn’t actually been ordered for shipment yet. Very disappointing.
