I used to shop here a lot for household items! But I’ve since took my business to dollar tree!! The last 4 times I have came here there’s been ONE employee at the cash register and management is nowhere to be found!! Poor management!!! H there were 4 other employees that kept going in and out of the office and not once did they care about customers waiting in such a long line!! Especially when the poor cashier called for the manager several times while we stood in a very long line Management never responded for at least 15 minutes and the first thing she did was lock the doors at 7;50 pm when they don’t close until 8pm!!! Then she proceeded to help the cashier for a few seconds, There were at least 12 of us patiently waiting in line!! If they can’t run this store like it should be ran then they need to shut this place down!! The only thing good is their prices!!! Please save yourself a lot of time by skipping this location!!! It’s not worth it in my opinion

The 161 store needs to take lessons from this store. Carmen was very professional she even took the time to find the product I needed Thank Carmen for exemplifying not good but GRRREAT customer service.

The cashier Suraj is a very impressive employee. I just wanted to let management know you did a very good job choosing him as an employee. He was very polite and did more than expected to make my visit enjoyable.

Always a treat visiting Roses. The staff is friendly and you can find what you need most of the time. The greatest support or patriotism was the win a ladies purse was being snatched and almost the entire staff chase the guy out the store and I was able to chase him down with the car and he dropped the ladies purse so she was able to recover everything without anything missing

Okay so this store has just about anything you could want. From household and cleaning items to shoes, clothes and curtains and end tables And even entertainment cabinets and tools. I'm truly in love with this store. My only negative comments would be that it's disorganized and dirty. Seems as if the employees never have time to pickup and/or clean.! However that shouldn't take away from the fact that the Customers shouldn't be so disrespectful and just throw items onto floors or racks where they don't belong. The employees are kinda rude sometimes. Even a basic inventory question seems to get them upset. Like seriously maybe you shouldn't be working in retail stores, if you lack basic customer service and social skills.

They have a thief working in this store. Dont make the mistake of forgetting you card there. On 1/16/2022 at 2:24pm . The person who worked that day the cashier did a withdrawal for $50 .00 using my card. They never looked at the Surveillance cameras because I complained twice and didn't get my money back.

You can find an awesome assortment of things. Anything from clothes to furniture to cleaning supplies. Way lower than most!
