Love Sally’s Easton. Everyone from the manager to the store associates made me feel so welcome and knew exactly what I needed and helped me find it. Like, it was a complicated return y’all. It’s a love, hate cycle with my credit card. Love going to stores and people greet you and help you out. Hope everyone gets a raise y’all doing good things. 5/5 or 10/5. Thanks for laughing with me and helping me. Ash, Jocelyn, Macie, and the kind manager all really know their product stuff and store rules. They are some 💎 -excellent & humble customer service people. This location was out of items I needed, shelves seemed more empty than other locations. The ladies behind the desk not really customer friendly but enjoyed having their personal conversation. I'll stick to the one closer to my home next time.

The two women that were working at Sally’s today were so great. One of the women she is also a hairstylist she gave me the best advice I have ever had due to my issues with my hair. I really appreciate all the positive feedback and the positivity that was in the store and the recommendations!!! These two ladies are awesome and was very helpful!!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

Decent selection. Unhelpful staff. They didn't speak to me when i first walked i or ask if i needed anything. Which cool or whatever. But when i approached them to ask for something i got straight attitude and an eye roll. I told them the product i was looking for and they straight up said "i don't know what you're talking about. You must be saying it wrong". So i showed them a picture and that their website said they sold it. I even said it's ok if it's not this specific brand I'm just looking for this product. Both employees looked at me like i had two heads and just said no. Then went back to talking. Waste of time.

If you have someone working there by the name of Faith I would not recommend working her there at your store. She's bad news. I was told by a good friend of mine that she wrote a note using profanity to an employee at her previous job for her own mistakes on calling off of work all the time.
