Worst customer service experience. I am ordering online wella colorcharm permanent crème toner pink blossom T50 they are sending me the cooling violet 050. The mistake was done 2 times. Unacceptable, unprofessional and show a lack of training from their staff. I contacted their customer service line cause that is ridiculous to make this stupid mistake 2 times in a row…would not recommend

just left this location, found everything i needed but the person with the long blonde hair behind the counter was saying incredibly transphobic and inappropriate things loudly while i was shopping.they were talking about how they dont believe in they/them pronouns and dont respect those who use them upon other things. it was incredibly disappointing and appalling. did not grab her name but she was working today 5/4 around 4pm…

My experience was way odd in this location the girl with the long copper hair was like a no it all and had no idea what I was actually asking and was very frustrating trying to explain to her. And rolling her eyes each time I would say anything. I left and will never go back to that location I will just drive a bit farther

Have been coming here for years and absolutely LOVE this location. I do a lot of crazy stuff to my hair and the staff has been by my side through thick and thin (pun intended). They are skilled and their opinion is always trusted and appreciated. I have had to go back to brown recently from BRIGHT blue and it took some time but they helped me get to the perfect color. Love these people.
