Very rude man on phone told me today the procedure here for a interior clean , not even a detail, was to bring it by for assessment, leave 50% deposit and then I’d be giving a date for the cleaning. Are you insane? And then whoever answered that phone up on me just for asking clarification was To make anyone go though all this is just plain ridiculous.

Fantastic place to have your car truck or van wash, waxed clean sweeper ran and also scrubbing the carpet, your tires cleaned and shined up along with your hubcaps.

Was able to call for a walk in appointment on a Saturday! It's so hard to find a great hand wash car shop that does not charge a crazy amount in Columbus so I'm extra thankful I found this place. Will definitely be coming back!

Drive by couple times and always looks closeI call before checking in person there was no answerI walk to the door at 12 on a Monday it was close, I even drive back and ford to see if any workers were there but noneIs this business still working?

I am new to the area and only opt for a hand wash for my car and this place did not disappoint!!! When I say they got my baby all the way together (her name is Lexi Liquid Luxe ?) and she is shining bright like a diamond! Not to mention it was two beautiful queens ? who were doing the services! If you're looking for an immaculate hand wash/detail this is your place! 10 outta 10 recommend! Beautiful black owned business too btw ? I'll be back for sure!

They do a great job! I will continue to bring my car back. My only suggestion would be a more comfortable waiting area where the music from the shop isn't blasting. Other than that, I definitely recommend this place.

They charged me extra for dog hair and after I got my receipt they had charged more than they quoted me.
I asked and the guy was angry. I felt threatened so I didn’t argue again.
Very poor customer service
