Dez the laundry attendant is a very kind and hard worker. She greets the people who come in with a beautiful smile and makes you feel welcome and that makes you want to keep coming here to do your laundry. She keeps it extra clean here and I never see her stop working. She is an amazing person and employee. I am so thankful she is here. Thank you Dez! You are wonderful ❤️.

Ed and I have been going to this laundromat since , tom the owner , opened it he was a great person we will miss him alot.we heard that Robert is ,no longer working their and other customers yesterday kept asking for Robert the new lady isn,t Robert and we want him back he helped my husband when he couldn't lift our laundry when he had a few surgeries and Robert , no one will ever replace you it's not easy to see Robert s friendly face and he was so helpful and friendly it's not the same with out Robert their 8 customers told us yesterday.

Staff does a great job of keeping the place clean, organized and welcoming. With bright and warm lighting, turned out to be a great place to snap some selfies.... lol
Overall a great experience. 10/10 WILL RECOMMEND

Very large laundry mat, lots of CLEAN washers and dryers. Attendant on site was pleasant and kept the place clean. You can use quarters or card. Will definitely go back.

I've been coming here well over three years and I will tell you the attend Robert has always made my washing experience a joy 😂 I could but my own washer and dryer but I just enjoy the people I've meet here and also staff when I cone in I always see the same people we've grown like a little family of weekend meet and greet thank you so much Robert high five to all your help and keeping everything so clean I truly look forward to my weekend wash here Ms.C🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

A very clean and organized laundromat, easy to see why it's a popular location. I arrived soon after they opened at 7am to wash a few winter blankets, and no trouble finding available washers and dryers. One of the washers stopped taking quarters so I had to pay the remaining $5.50 with a card after I couldn't get all the quarters back, but otherwise no hiccups. I thought the dryers were a bit expensive at 25 cents for 4 minutes of time, but they were large and seemed to do a decent job; I was drying blankets which take awhile anyway, so can't really judge how well it was working. I'd like to have been able to check/empty the lint filter myself, but they are locked so I can't confirm they were empty/clean before I used it.

I'll give it 4 because it's usually 5stars. Today is about a 2 star experience.
The wifi is down... Okay I get that, it happens to us all. So I either leave with my laundry and go to any of the handful of other places in this area or wait. If you want customers to wait when your services are down you need to accommodate them or reward them. All I asked for was change for a 50. I'm gonna spend 40 here on laundry today!! This is too big an operation to not offer change. I had to go to the bank and come back, wasting 20 min of my day off...the only person I saw that works here just stared at me when I said this
Look these are small inconveniences in the big picture, but to stand out - in the service industry- you need to take these seriously. I spend 20-50 bucks a week here.. For the convenience!! It's definitely not cheaper and the machines aren't better.. It is clean and convenient and today it was only one of those

I use to go to the Whitehall location . Unfortunately they got lazy and they place was dirty . When you asked for help it’s like you was bothering them . I seen so many ppl come and go . What made me stop going was dog hair in the washers and dryers . It was like they stopped cleaning .
I do like the location in Reynoldsburg it’s small but it’s always hot in there .
I found this is one and it’s one of the best locations . I especially love washing when Robert is there . Very friendly always around to assist. You can tell who actually likes their job . Always has a smile and just helps . Grabbed my bags out the car for me because I couldn’t lift them. Washers are always clean and the bathrooms . Clean and smells good .

The CLEANEST laundromat I've seen in a longgggg time! Ro was and is AMAZING! Location was so nice that I wanted to go home and find more clothes to wash.💯💯💯
