The repair guy was fantastic. And he came the next day. Only issue was it was late (my time was 1pm to 4pm and he didnt get to my house til almost 7pm). I couldn't get in touch with anyone so basically just had to wait. But the guy was nice and very helpful.

I was able to get a next day appointment. He arrived on time after texting me. Got straight to work and diagnosed problem. He did quick research and found my problem was still under warranty. I would definitely recommend him. I may even consider Sears whole house appliance warranty program in the future.
