Deliveries , we begin at 6:10 AM. We ask that you please pull up to the big red stop sign. Step out your tractor and hand your paperwork and driver's license to the Costco member at the window.This will help us with the checking in process, it'll move smoothly.

Got here at 7:45 am people at guard house are extremely nice, checked me in and put me in a door. Took them about45 minutes to even get started unloading my trailer 2.5 hours later I’m still sitting in the door waiting for them to finish.
Driver placed in the door next to me backed in his door an hour after me, and he’s already unloaded and gone, and yet I’m still sitting here.

The people at the entrance are friendly, they serve quickly, the unloading was also fast, it only took an hour, there are no bathrooms, only some latrines that are in the parking lot, they have a lot of space, perfect so you could stay the night there if you arrive at night but they don't let you.
The bad thing is that there is another entrance which is closed and confusing, there I spent a little more than two hours waiting for them to open until I saw another trailer enter through the door, which is what it is.

Good place overnight parking may be available but not a possibility. People are very nice and they don’t take receiving before 7:30AM as their crew arrives at this time only. Only portable restroom at the yard shack.

The guy at the guard shack named Edison told me I have to wait 30 minutes to get my paperwork. Then he left the guard shack in his car. This is not the first time!

If you are picking up for INNOVEL, Enter Costco Logistics (Truck Entrance) STOP at guard shack, you will get the door, after loading someone get you bills and seal, VERIFY at Guard, Fast Loading.
