I have shopped here for over 20 years.
Recently, I've spoken with some other women who have had the same unfortunate experience as me. I am a HUGE shopper. I took several Brand new items with tags in for consignment. Three times, they rejected different multiple items. I took them to another store and each time they purchased almost everything. I spoke with 3 other women who said this was theirs exact same experience. Now this is always with the same woman we discovered. An older woman with shoulder length blonde hair. She's been there as long as I've been shopping there. Although polite, she refuses items from multiple black women. I don't know if she's racist, using stereotypes or unaware. But I haven't been back & don't have plans to go back. It's unfortunate because our group enjoyed shopping here, but she treats buys from black customers much differently from others....and it's obvious.

I enjoyed how organized it was by size, color and type. Prices are reasonable and staff are helpful and professional.

This is the only place to go in Columbus for stylish previously worn clothing. Always able to find a special occasion dress at a fraction of the retail price .

I miss these beautiful ladies! So elegant, all of them. Such unique, in excellent condition and top notch clothing! Such a wonderful experience to go in and visit. Lol, when I brought in my clothes, I used to tease the owner, Mary, because of her always seeking to choose excellent clothing, I would say, "These items must be 'Maryworthy'." I meant it in the most endearing way. Some may think she is picky but Mary and her girls sure seems to know what folks like and need. This store is the best of the best as is all of the staff, always. I sure miss them all! Jen too. Is she still there? Since my last visit, perhaps in 2022, I've moved out of State. Just thinking of you all. ? Hope you are all doing amazing. Because you will always be thought of and remembered as amazing to me! Gina

I can always find what I'm looking for! The prices are great and everything is of good quality. Some new items and some name brand too!

This used to be my fav consignment shop! It’s been a while since I have shopped here. They do still have amazing clothes and products!
However, I dislike how they have grouped everything together by color/garment type versus size. Some racks are by size but many are not. I found it very tedious to go through the racks and find things I liked in my size. It would be nice if they went back to organizing by size versus color. I ended up leaving because I grew tired of looking through every single piece of clothing and I was running out of time… and patients.
Took me a long time to go through everything on the rack just to find a lot items that I liked, but they weren’t in my size.

I've had a really positive experience consigning and shopping here! Everything I've purchased is high quality. Consigning is a breeze, the staff is friendly.

This consignment shop is in a league of its-own! The team is super friendly, they do a great job of organizing the clothes to make a fun shopping experience, and the quality and price are top notch. 10/10!

Most of the staff/owner included are not very friendly. The store is overcrowed with some of most ugly clothes and over priced on most items. Will never return.
