I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Hannah, who helped me during my visit while I was looking for a hair gloss or shine spray. She went above and beyond—even going so far as to spray the testers on her own hair so I could see the finish and effect in real time. That level of care, creativity, and personal effort is so rare and honestly made my day :)
Her kindness and professionalism really stood out, and thanks to her, I found exactly what I needed. Give that woman a raise!

Austin helped me find a new foundation during my last visit. I appreciate the time they took to find the correct color match and I’m really loving the product I purchased! Everyone working has been friendly each time I’ve gone in but wanted to shout out Austin!

Drove all the way to this location only to find out they’ve changed their hours but did not update them anywhere. I checked 3 places: Google, Sephora App, and the stores voicemail for store hours all of which stated they closed at 9. Arrived around 8:15 and the doors were locked. Thankfully an employee answered when I called to let me know they updated their hours recently. Best business practice would be to publish new business hours before/at the same time that they actually go in effect. I watched 3 other people walk up to the door in the 5 minutes that I sat in the parking lot. I will opt to shop online next time.

Deckard helped me and I just want to say, they were amazing. Super helpful. I came in to get a few things I need for my up coming wedding. And they were so spot on with suggestions. Made the whole experience perfect

I accepted a merchandise credit from Sephora when I returned a product. This was a huge mistake as I found out this merchandise credit is only accepted within the store. I tried to use it online to make a purchase and pick up in the store. But I find out that they have your money and you must come into the store to be able to redeem it. I would never accept another merchandise credit from the store. FYI. If you try to take a merchandise credit to Sephora within Kohls, they won’t accept it at all. I called to have the product held for me to pick up. The associate told me I had two hours to come in and get it. I don’t want to say their customer service is almost as bad as Ulta, but it’s pretty close. I like buying Merit products and I like that they have it in the store but I won’t purchase them there anymore. I’ll purchase them direct from Merit.

They are not allow me to return my item even I got my receipt and the item is never been used. Totally bad experience

I recently visited this Sephora location for the first time, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Upon entering, I was greeted in a dismissive and unprofessional manner by an associate with curly hair, who said, “What’s up?” in a rude tone. When I asked for assistance, she walked away abruptly without offering any help.
This level of rudeness is something I’ve never encountered at any other Sephora location. Thankfully, another team member stepped in to assist me and apologized for her colleague’s behavior, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.
I was spoken to in a condescending way, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. While I’m grateful for the second associate’s help, the initial interaction left a lasting negative impression. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.

Shout out to Kay for being super friendly, personable, AND knowledgeable on perfumes! I asked her for a very specific kind of scent and she had multiple on-the-nose (pun intended) recommendations.

A clean and organized store with helpful staff! We were greeted when we came in and asked if we needed help. The employee helping me found me what I needed, let me know Sephora's return policy (which I'd never known before—you have a window to return it for a full refund, even if it's used), and showed me her other tubing mascara recommendation if I didn't like the one I was getting. This is the kind of experience I'm used to at Sephora and love about stopping in.
