The store's management and staffing levels seem to vary, with one reviewer highlighting a positive interaction with a helpful employee, while another noted a lack of responsiveness from staff. Despite these occasional challenges, Sheetz is generally recognized for its competitive fuel prices, which continue to draw customers to the location.

Front counter service was fast and friendly. Though whoever works the kitchen needs to be retrained. My milkshake had couple inches of ice chunks and I could barely taste the milk and the water down flavoring from the ice melting. Who puts ice in milkshakes anyway? Photo wouldn't load.
