Every time I come thru the drive thru to pick up my mobile order at 2-3 am I’m always in the drive thru waiting forever or end up having to go inside and the man and woman are normally rude but everytime I come 5-6 am the employees are super nice and are already at the window when I get up to the window, I dont Know why it is like that they always have an excuse that they didn’t hear the ding from me going thru the drive thru

RUDEST Spanish lady, clerk was watching me after I got out of the bathroom at 06:30 am & grabbed 2 drinks!! She runs from around the counter & wants me to come to the counter to Pay for the drinks!? Then needed to know what was in the red Sheetz bag I had, like I was a street erchin! So I proceeded to DUMP my belongings on the floor. I paid for my drinks & told her I WOULD write this review! IF SHE had checked with the Night crew upon coming in to work OR asked she would have known that I came in at 03:00 am & sat reading on my phone drinking my coffee & yogurt drink I had bought then! NOT illegal to sit & read besides - I am a long haul Truck driver & I hope Sheetz has a long talk to her about HOW she treats Truck drivers! BE CAREFUL customers while she is in the store or she just might accuse you of Stealing too!

Today I saw the sign at Sheetz on Hillard-Rome Road that said the price of unleaded 88 gasoline was $2.69. After getting and paid for my $40.00 of gas my receipt says I paid $2.89. Yes it’s only $.20 but still at least make sure your signage matches the actual price.

The last three times I've went to this location in the past week or so they haven't had the x-large fountain soda lids stocked, very disappointing. 😞

I love Sheetz and how much they have grown since 1990's. I grew up near Pittsburgh PA area and have been loving Sheetz since. Glad to see they are growing in my new hometown area of Hilliard!

I'm a Sheetz freak and a very frequent to the Cemetery Road store, and I can say without a doubt that this store and the Roberts Road Store have the worst service compared to every Sheetz I've been to, I will still continue to frequent my Cemetery Road store but I will never return to the Roberts or Hilliard Rome Road stores.

They now make you show your ID twice to buy alcohol as an adult. Doesn't make sense and when you start questioning the help about it hey get smart with you. I won't shop at sheetz again.

Typically this location is very good, has good service, and is well run. However I’m writing this review today because of an interaction we had this morning. My partner and i grabbed a red bull and a dunkin coffee on the way to our jobs, and upon receiving the order we realized the coffee was missing and the redbull was the wrong size. No problem, mistakes happen. A different guy came to the window when he saw we were still there, blondish and bearded, and i politely told him that the red bull was the wrong size and i did not get my coffee. He ripped the redbull out of my hands and went away to fix it. Comes back about two minutes later, hands me a redbull and says they’re out of my coffee, so I request a different one which he goes to get. While we’re waiting, we notice he handed us back the exact same redbull! When he came back, my partner firmly confronted him and told him that this was the same size and she wants the correct size this time. He again rips it out of my hands and comes back and aggressively hands me the correct Red Bull size. As I’m driving away, my partner says to him “you don’t need to be so aggressive with handing us our stuff”, to which he aggressively responds back “what did you say??” I drove away as he was saying this because i did not feel like a confrontation this early in the morning.
My partner and i both work in the service industry. I completely understand how a tough situation can get frustrating, especially if it’s early and if at first it’s not your fault. However, trying to lie and give us the exact same thing as before, as well as being aggressive during the engagement is not acceptable. They’re currently building a Sheetz closer to us so we probably will not he going to this location anymore after it’s built, and this will definitely be a reason why

Employees don't wash their hands after the bathroom. They also don't care if you've been waiting in line to pay, just cut in front of everyone they don't mind.

Usually this location is clean, restrooms well stocked, floors clean as well as flavored creamer being available but in the last week this has not been the case during the morning shift (between 7-8a.m. is when we usually go get coffee). Afternoons) evenings after work we also stop in for coffee and the difference in the appearance of the store is like night and day. I'm not sure what happened to the morning manager but you can tell there was a change in whoever is in charge.
