Shell is a clean and friendly gas station. The staff is generally courteous, kind, and patient. The location is very clean inside and outside. It is a nice station with plenty of pumps and parking. Inside the store has many food items, drinks, and tobacco products. It is one of the few places to still carry a specific popular drink. For adult beverages, they have a beer cave with a wide selection. Most shifts provide good service, allowing customers to use the restroom and shop comfortably. However, experiences can vary by shift, with some staff behavior perceived as over the top or creating too many rules for shopping. This can make some customers feel unwelcome or persuaded not to spend their money there. Despite this, many customers are loyal, regularly buying fuel and daily items, and report excellent gas mileage from the quality fuels.
