I left my ID there by accident since they make everyone even if you are 80 years old check their id. When I called some Indian guy who can barely speak English told me to call back Monday.

I’ve been coming to this gas station for years & have always really liked it until this one particular employee started working there. She is unnecessarily so rude to me & a couple others I know have had the same experience. I go in this gas station almost every single day & one night I went in & as soon as I open the door the lady behind the counter screamed at me to put my sweatshirt hood down?? (I’m not sure if this is a rule I’m not aware of but I’ve never experienced this). A few days later my boyfriend goes in to get Gatorade & the same woman literally wouldn’t sell it to him because she said the drinks weren’t in the system yet…. ok, so why are they out? Another time him & I were in there and the same lady told him he needed to push his items closer because they were too far from her? What? Finally last night my best friend went in to get a Green Game & she pulled out a paper ID that she got from the BMV bc she LOST her ID, yet again the lady told her she isn’t accepting it because she needs the real copy. I could see if she was freshly 21 but my best friend is 24 years old and goes in there all the time for Games. She even called the BMV this morning and they told her gas stations and bars do have to accept the paper as it does scan and is a legal document. The lady said she doesn’t know what she can and can’t accept. I’m a bartender and that’s something I absolutely learned the first week as to what I can and can’t accept before selling. She has completely ruined my perception of this gas station and at this point it almost feels intentional with how poorly she treats ppl that come in, I hope something is done about this because the customer service here is completely unacceptable.

I often stop here for gas when passing through this area. From my experience, they always have a clean and working restroom, the staff are friendly, and the gas price is lower than average.

Why don't you have change to give to the customers. Instead shorting them money owed back. Employees sitting in chairs rolling around playing on phones? ? Not a good look
