The inside has been closed the last couple of visits. 2 staff are clearly visible through the doors. I always arrive around 5:15 am. What time does the store open?

This Shell/True North is definitely interesting. But it provides the basics of what you might need. An employee named Michael is definitely a stand out. Very respectful, helpful, and a kind soul. Even when certain characters enter the store. I hope the other employees can match that in the future.

can't use a credit card at the pump; force you to come inside. Why, or why, do you have credit card readers on all the pumps if they are nothing more than window dressing?
Once inside, attendant is fairly non-responsive when she finally got around to coming to the counter. She kept repeating "how much do you want?" when I said I wanted to fill up. I want to fill up, I say. How much says she. We went back and forth several times before I pieced together she can only authorize the pump for a specific dollar amount not for a number of gallons. Not going back.

The ladies working at the station tonight we're not only loud and obnoxious but down right rude. When asked what the coupons they had behind the counter for cigarettes the one lady just kinda shook her head and waved like dismissing a child. Top it off they had Mike's hard lemonades open on the counter while working.

Lazy and very rude female work at night has bad attitude problems and I set my stuff and she wanted me to bring it closer to her like it wasn’t close enough already and just kept rolling her eyes the whole time

I believe that you guys are open 24 hours. It is the 28th of July and I pulled into your gas station at 2:50 a.m. knowing the store is open 24 hours. Your two employees were standing outside smoking telling me that the store was closed. I think it's very veryUnprofessional for your employees to do so.
