This station never has any receipt paper in their gas pumps. So much for being quick and easy to get gas at this station.

Came here to comment on the large women with the glasses totally embarrassing a high schooler for pressing the wrong button and having issues with her card. The girl was very apologetic, but the cashier was extremely rude in return. Every single place is different with card readers, it's a known fact.
Safe to say, I'm never coming back, and I just moved right down the road. Horrible energy.

Very rude young brunette girl cashier. I don’t expect much from a late night gas station cashier. But this girl is rude and disrespectful. Never had a problem before until now.
Been a customer for years and always got very nice service. Do yourself a favor, get rid of this girl before she pisses off the wrong person.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I come here often because it’s the only place by my house open 24 hours if I could go literally anywhere else I would. This place is the most racist place in gahanna. They never ask anybody else for their ID in line with me but always make a big deal out of mine like I don’t come everyday. They say I can’t open a drink until paying for it knowing the line is 5+ people long. Obviously I have the money if I’m in the store. The manager older lady often on the regular tells me I don’t have to come to her store and can go back to where I usually go as if she owns the store or something. They constantly tell me the rules don’t apply to everybody. Today the guys bringing in the tobacco shipment made it a point to say people come in town and steal from that location as if I’ve ever stole in my life and the lady that’s a manager flicked me off today ( it’s on camera 11:25am April first. Go head and look. OH YEAH and one more thing everytime I come in there she never acknowledges I’m

I just saw them raise the price of their gas 40 cents. There was no semi there delivering new fuel. They simply raised their prices highly on fuel that was already purchased for a lower price. Got to love greed.

I went in to buy vuse pods and I saw there was a sign saying they were on sale for eight dollars off. So I asked for a second one. The sale did not ring up so the cashier asked the manager to check the price and she said “well if it’s not on sale anymore”, she didn’t say sorry about that or anything and then I went to finish checking out no one said have a good day etc they just kept talking to each other and ignored me. I said thanks and left without any acknowledgment from the staff. The people working was a female cashier, male cashier and female manager. It was around 9:20am 1/26/23

Refused to cash my 20 dollar lotto ticket and then proceeded to tell me to leave when I questioned if they actually ever cashed tickets. As it is the third time I’ve tried there.

Evert time I go there, its an issue, my card was declined, I called my bank, they didn't see that shell ran anything thru, I asked for a manager and asked why is there an issue everytime I come here, She argued with me in front of everyone, even as I was leaving out the door.,I will never come back here!

Double charged me for gas and refused to help out. Manager was very unpleasant and downright rude when I showed her my bank account and explained my frustration.

The manager of this location is great. He's always helpful and super nice. He's a definite asset to the company. This location also keeps a very clean store.
