There’s two African American women who work there and they’re beyond rude… after it’s all said and done, I go to walk out and THANK them for ringing my purchase out and they didn’t say a single word so I stop and turn around and said it again… THANK YOU once and again and the employee said to me “girl bye”. No one yall stay as gas station workers because your attitudes won’t take you no farther in life. Have a blessed day.

I've been a regular at this gas station ever since I moved to Ohio and no matter how polite I am to the cashiers especially the lady with the glasses, she always seems to have an attitude. I simply wanted to split payments between cash and card and my card got declined because I forgot to unlock my debit card. I'm a regular at this location and she gave me this look like I was begging and I told her please don't give me an attitude, you see me here at least thrice a week and she said I was being aggressive and told me no gas station in America accepts splits payments. Like I do it all the time even here in Ohio. I asked her is it because of the color of my skin because this lady always seem to have a bad day. I've seen her smiled at other guest while waiting in line and no matter how nice or polite I am, I ways get a cold shoulder. She proceeded in saying she'll have me banned from this location and said I was too aggressive when I simply said hey, I'm a regular here, please dont give me an attitude. I'm a paying customer and not a nuisance. And her coworker refused to serve me as well and was vaping right at the cashier. What an amazing customer service ? from the staff!

Good place to get gas always had receipts in the pump car wash didn’t seem to work real well after running through the wash, I was a little disappointed they’re not expected to clean everything but did expect it to look better than what it did

I bought a pack of cigars that only had 4 in there and they were all tore up. Blackwood packs come with 5 and i've never had any type of issues buying these else where. And any place that sells faulty products always refund. They are selfish and just are very incompetent.

Terrible staff at the MARSHALL 'S shell at 2190 S Hamilton road. Very rude lady. My time of service is at 8:18 pm.
