I personally wanted to thank Conor H. Long story short In July I remodeled and repainted my home. About 9 gallons later on a 700 ft house with a professional hired painter I was extremely unsatisfied. I was extremely specific when I came in for paint on an old, not new build. I went back numerous times to get this taken care of but was just sold more paint instead and not the correct paint being told it was my fault with no solution. I'm glad I went back to talk to Connor and I'm glad he resolved the issue and help me out. Great customer service and a great guy! I will continue to use Sherman Williams and recommend them to others! Thanks again for the solution!

This was our first time using Sherwin Williams. Overall, it was a decent experience, but not exceptional. The website was a tiny bit outdated and confusing. It was definitely manageable though. The staff at this location were friendly enough, but didn’t really make us feel like valued customers. They seemed disgruntled about the website and kept making it seem like an ordeal that that’s how we chose to order. Furthermore, I received three confirmation emails, and not once did it mention payment issues. I even received one that said the paint was mixed and ready for pickup. A friend picked it up for me and arrived to find that it was not mixed. Apparently there was an issue with the card?? The friend had to pay for it on their own card and wait for the paint to be mixed. It wasn’t a long wait, but not an ideal situation at all,

Got some alabaster paint and paint supplies for a great deal and they were generous with the paint samples. The guy who was singlehandedly running the shop for the week of Nov 15 deserves a raise.

Clearly buying their reviews with customer incentives. Good reviews are vague and friendly but the critical reviews show the true flaws and short comings of this company and location.
