Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. I called to get my script filled, was already on hold by the system automatically, then once I finally get ahold of someone she manually puts me on hold as I hear a bunch of laughing and carrying on in the background. Then she comes back on to ask me my name and dob so I give it to her, she puts me on hold AGAIN for another 5 minutes and then HANGS UP. I had to call again and was put back to caller #3! Ridiculous!

Absolutely WORST service I have ever gotten in this industry! I am sure they are receiving some sort of kickback from a pharmaceutical standpoint as I have attempted to get my script filled, for the last 2 weeks! 20 minute jd times to reach someone whom I spoke with 5 times already! Kept telling me I required a prior authorization, never did it! Come to find out when I had it sent to my local pharmacy, NO PRIOR AUTH NEEDED, AT ALL! My insurance company completely covered the generic, no issues! So WHY were they pushing for the brand name drug?? When I contacted someone to complain, NO RETURN CALL AS THEY HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Everything I've purchased has been anywhere from 1/2 to 1/10th the price of other places, even with those discount plans you see everywhere. It all says "Made in Canada." There's something weird going on here.

Was recommended your pharmacy from my physician, 2 weeks later, still do not have my medication! I keep being told I need a PA...but the PA is FOR THE NAME BRAND MEDICATION! My insurance covers the generic, with no issues at my local pharmacy, and I will have it within 15 minutes of requesting my pharmacy call and get it transferred to them. Sounds like a scam to me that your people are insisting on the brand name of a medication, but telling me that my insurance covers the generic form! No wonder our medical costs are so high on this country! it is due to folks like you receiving some sort of kick back or what have you! Good customer service is securing a product or service for others for the benefit of the consumer, not the business!

This pharmacy has been the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with!! The customer service is abominable. We had to have a prescription sent there for mail order for my son to have delivered while he attends school in Ohio. They have repeatedly “lost” the script. Have denied ever having it. Luckily our Dr’s office had the name of the person they spoke to. It literally took hours over several days calling them to get it straightened out. Then it took a week before my son received it!! Other pharmacies we have worked with have always overnighted it. When I needed to switch it to a local pharmacy to have while he’s home for January was told “Oh I don’t know anything about that. Just don’t know how we would do that.” I would highly recommend avoiding this pharmacy!!

I have been using this pharmacy for my mother for the past two years. She is ill and was home bound for a long time. Their free delivery is very helpful to insure she is able to get her medication.
