I'm new to the area and I needed a mechanic. My brother has lived in the area for several years and he suggested Shifflet's. I took his advice and I'm SO GLAD that I did! Everyone that I dealt with was knowledgeable and helpful. I have found "my place". Thanks guys! www.ShiffletAutoCare.com

Took my car in to have the code p0026 looked at the day after my CEL came on. They did $1,400 worth of repairs (diagnostic, VVT valve, oil pressure gauge & switch, oil change). I had just had an oil change, but they said I needed to have another with the service. Within a week, the CEL came on again. Said it was unrelated and didn’t offer to look at it.It’s hard to say whether a mechanic shop is “good” or “bad”, but I will say it feel like they nickeled and dimed me on top of having my car for a week and made me uncomfortable. Now I’m having my car towed to a shop that I wish I had waited for in the first place. Learn from my $1,400 mistake.

Spent $1800 on a fuel pump and skid plate replacement. Because they didn't tighten down the zip tie and caused 2 of my wires to rub the coating off causing a short in my fuel pump wires, they cost me 2 days of work, due to not baing able to start my car and drive it. I called to be reimbursed for those 2 days( I get paid under the table $100/day) and they said that their not responsible for my Jeep going down, that I needed to have it taken to a TechNet Shop since I'm more than 25 miles from the shop. That would require me to pay for a tow truck to get it to the shop to be repaired. So how is it not your responsibility? Luckily I'm mechanically inclined and was able to fix the problem but what if it was someone else who didn't know anything about cars? They would've been screwed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!

I was caught with a dead battery and bad alternator in the middle of Columbus. After getting towed to Shifflet's, not knowing they had a towing service themselves, they promptly did work on my van, replacing both the battery and alternator. After driving it for a day or so, my batter light started coming on again... it seemed that the alternator they had given me was also a bad part. My battery light would not stay on, it would come on for a few seconds and then go off but after getting it to act up, they replaced the alternator again. I have since had no issues with it and it is running great.Services: Electrical

Quick and courteous service, they even gave me a ride home and picked me up when my car was fixed. Did not try to upsell or do work that was not needed. I would recommend Shifflet to anyone with car repair needs.

Plus they have warranties on everything they do. However, they do an awesome job. Sorry yell if you need work done go to shuffle it's taken care of you there trust me on this.

I don’t know where you get the bravery to try to charger me $3400 for a part that cost $2000. I really don’t know SMH. Do your research folks before any repairs are done it only cost me almost half the price to get everything done in an actual dealership

Charged me almost 500$ to diagnose the problem with my car. Told me that my timing chain was bad and wanted 1600$ to fix it. Took my car back and had to make them return parts that they took off and kept and replace parts that they broke and couldn't even give me a print out of what they had done. Fixed it myself with a 10$ junkyard mass air flow sensor. One of the most common problems. They lied to me and tried to take advantage of me. The are either lier and thiefs... or extremely bad mechanics. Either way is bad... crooks.

I had an awesome experience with the shop! I needed help removing the pulley from my old power steering pump, and to have it put onto the new one, and they helped me for a reasonable price! Christopher was great, and Chrissy was hilarious and super helpful! I would 100% recommend this shop if you need work done! Thank you guys so much!!

I used to bring my car here in 2017-2019 and had great experiences. I originally came here because they were AAA certified. I had great experiences, in and out within an hour for oil changes and tire rotations. I came to them recently for a new serpentine belt and some lights on my dash, and a blinker issue. I was able to come in the next day and they had the work done by that evening. I asked them to call with a price estimate of the work and they stayed true to the price which was 100% reasonable. I will continue to come here for my cars and highly recommend this business. Chris at the front was very friendly and helped explain the costs and findings on the carServices: Auto engine diagnostic

Get ready for a mess! I bought a vehicle, and wanted a complete top to bottom inspection and estimate. They suggested a pre purchase inspection for 165 bucks. I agreed, my intention for this was to compare their findings to the findings I received 3 days before from another location, it was estimated at over 4k, and I wanted to get a second opinion before dropping 4k. This place kept my car from Thursday to Monday, told me I needed breaks, altho they couldn't remove my wheels(lug locks) and some paper work on 20 codes they found... nothing else... nothing specific as to the codes, no diagnostics, nothing. Not a top to bottom inspection at all. I asked what the 165 was for when your not telling me what's wrong with the car, or how much to fix it... she said "it was for the hour it took for the inspection!" Then why did you keep my car for 5 days and send my calls to voice mail all day Friday? She said "they were trying to figure out what the codes were.... but didn't." So when I confronted them about the other shops estimate, and diagnosics(i had the paper) I was told "yeah these codes could mean these things are wrong but we don't know without further inspection." Isn't that what I asked for, to inspect the car and tell me whats wrong, with an estimate? How else am I going to get it fixed without complete inspection? "Well that takes more time, and that's not what this inspection is for" she said... but thats whay i asked for, i told you I already bought the car, and i want to get it fixed. I asked for the owner or manager, and recieved the run around.Needless to say I'm disputing the charge on my card and im dropping 4k at a qualified shop wednesday....How do you run a business like this?FYI... Tuffy inspected it in 3 hours and gave the complete diagnotics with my codes ... so ill go back to them...Garbage, and their phones don't work just like the staff.
