Sales manager is a dishonest prick. I bought three shorts of same style and brand an he tried overcharging me for the third pair and ripped tag off and hid in his pocket . Customers be warned.

I have shopped Sierra for over twenty years, and I've found many great deals. However, their shipping speed and customer service has fallen every year since TJX purchased the business. I placed an order two weekends ago, and the company did not even give the package to FedEx until Wednesday or Thursday! I will think twice before ordering from Sierra again in the future. The value just isn't there anymore.

I absolutely love this store. Great prices on great top of the line and name brand outdoor and sports gear. Be sure to ask about their veteran and active duty military discount.

More of a clothing store, good selection of clothing but very limited in store selection for gear. If your looking to shop equipment look online, not much in store.
