She talked on the phone with me multiple times getting the files together I needed to make an amazing sign. My first attempt was too low of resolution to look good. She helped me find the right format and files. She even uploaded my custom fonts so my sign could be perfectly accurate for branding. I also think its great that I can pick up the sign in person or have it shipped to me. The options are great. Tamara was always so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. My grandma was so thrilled, she said that it was the good news she needed during these trying times. “This is like DIY store where you have to do all yourself. Scanning or shipping are like self checkout.Using scanners or other devices might need some time to learn to use them if you are coming for first time. Help will be minimal but you can get your things done once you know how to use them.”
