“I needed to get some obituary bookmarks printed for my grandfather's memorial this weekend. My grandma is very particular and was very worried that we wouldn't get what she wanted in time. I went to FedEx with a couple versions of the bookmark to get printed to show her. Codi helped me and she was fantastic!! She was quick, thorough and we got exactly what we wanted. My grandma was so thrilled, she said that it was the good news she needed during these trying times. I can't explain enough how happy we all are that Codi took an interest in what we're going through and made me feel like she cares, which is hard to find these days.”

“This company is not a distributor or retailer of stock or moving boxes so you cannot get one, two, or ten boxes. They are a manufacturer of custom sized and designed boxes. They don't sell one, two, or ten boxes. They have minimum quantities since they have to make them to order. They are one of the best box designers/manufacturers in Ohio. Please don't confuse them with stores like UPS or Blue Box. If you have a new product and need a great box design, then call Buckeye Boxes.”

“Imagine all of the services of the post office, but with no long lines and good customer service. It does exist and can be found in a shopping center in Upper Arlington. They have shipping and mailing services for USPS, Fed Ex and UPS all in one place, which is really convenient. They also offer printing services, but I have never used those. I believe it is under new ownership, and they really brought the business back to life. They are closed on Sundays.”

“I went here instead of the 5th ave location after reading the horrible reviews about the manager's attitude at that location regarding printing labels. This location charges $2.41 to print a label, and has you send it to their store email. While it would be much preferred for the printing of a single label to be free, the women working at the counter was incredibly friendly, and clearly communicated the price before printing. I arrived soon after opening at 8am, and there was plenty of street parking right in front of the store.”

“There are several reasons to use this store for U-Haul. The first is simply the people. They are nice, a quality that goes a long way when you have to move stuff. They have a lot of trucks, so I have been able to get trucks on two different August Saturdays, a busy time. They also have a lot of parking. They have gone out of their way to make my tasks easy (I won't raise expectations by listing favors done, but the folks here are very considerate).”

I stayed in the car, but the woman at the counter was "a ray of sunshine" according to my wife. It's not often a business transaction makes your day better, but that's what happened.”
