“I had a truly phenomenal experience working with this company and specifically with Christian, the owner. I was tasked with organizing a bachelorette party and needed embroidery and engraving services done at the last minute. I was quite worried that I wouldn't be able to get everything done on time, but Christian was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that my order was completed on time and to my exact specifications.Not only was Christian very responsive and communicative throughout the entire process, but he was also extremely patient with me as I made changes to the design and layout of the personalized items. He truly took the time to understand my vision and helped me to create beautiful, high-quality products that my friends absolutely loved.The quality of the work itself was exceptional, with every detail meticulously crafted to perfection. From the embroidery on the tote bags to the engraving on the wine glasses, everything was flawlessly executed and looked absolutely stunning. “Just wanted to quickly write this down before I forget , I didn’t catch the name of the girl who helped my daughter and I earlier this afternoon, but she was working up front around 1-2 pm today 8-21-25. She was so sweet and so patient with us , I was trying to do a return with literally no service on my phone , so she could scan my code. It took several minutes, and the entire time she was so patient with me and extremely helpful. With her help I was able to get it done way quicker, so I wanted to come and pay her a compliment. Most of the people/employees that I’ve encountered here are very knowledgeable and friendly, much more than USPS across the street. “This is the best fedex location in the nation. The staff helped me quickly and with so much patience. They handled everything I needed in making copies for a hearing I had and even suggested other things to help. I left my backpack and they rushed out to give it to me. “I've been to this location several times and have always had excellent service. Today, I brought in two large portraits to see how much shipping them would cost. Bridget was very friendly and professional, explaining the costs and handling my items with care. She was super understanding when I wanted to wait in the store so I could text my husband about whether he'd be comfortable with the cost. Ultimately, I decided not to ship the items, and since I had my young child with me, Bridget and Stew offered to let me get him to the car and bring my car around so they could load the portraits in for me. I didn't even purchase anything on this visit, and they still provided top notch customer service! I will happily take my business here in the future.”

I have used other companies, and they are fine, and Staples is my go-to for quick and simple printing and binding.The staff is always incredibly helpful and patient, even when they are have liiiinnnees of folks. And the number of times they have taken the time to review my document and call or ask questions just to check if they think there is something I didn't intend (orientation; black and white versus color printing) is beyond awesome. They could always just take the order and leave the consequences of any of my mistakes on me.I appreciate that above and beyond, and want to say thanks!”

“9/22/25: Eric is an easy going guy that assisted me with booking the Uhaul reservation.
He informed me that they’re a 24 hour location so you can pick up whenever needed through U-Haul’s guided process.
They carry some packing supplies and have dolly’s if needed as well!!!”
“It is not visible from the street and there is no sign indicating you reached the right place. It is in the Huntington Building, floor -1. Other than that it is in a spacious and clean area.”
“This company is not a distributor or retailer of stock or moving boxes so you cannot get one, two, or ten boxes. They are a manufacturer of custom sized and designed boxes. They don't sell one, two, or ten boxes. They have minimum quantities since they have to make them to order. They are one of the best box designers/manufacturers in Ohio. Please don't confuse them with stores like UPS or Blue Box. If you have a new product and need a great box design, then call Buckeye Boxes.”
“We were assigned Navis Pack & Ship through the SHIP SMART moving company..a move from NJ to OH, too small for a larger company, so the move was parsed out to a mover in NJ to collect our goods, and a separate mover in OH to deliver once our belongings arrived. Navis was quick to communicate once everything was in OH, and flexible on what dates worked for me to receive at our storage unit. The crew was efficient, clean cut, and friendly, and all of our possessions arrived in good condition. Would use again!”
