I enter the parts department, a bold head guy started being rude to me I think he is Jason I m not sure but he is on the right computer when I entered the store .. very disrespectful to me maybe because I m black.. racist guy, there are a lot of black persons that own trucking company duch bag.. weekdays we go to pro fleet.. skinner is loosing money because of this hairless guy at that parts store

I stopped by this shop to have some bodywork done to my 389. Guy comes out takes pictures and tells me he will call with a estimate. Two weeks goes by, no call. I stopped in again after a month to see what happened. They tell me they will have someone call me. A week later no call.

I am super upset, the worst company I have ever met, they sold me a new radiator, and they only gave me one that was painted and rusty, please, if you buy something there, make sure it is new, because then they tell you that everything is new and is a lie,

They have serviced our trucks for years. Good service, no run around, keeps us updated. I always recommend Skinner's for diesel trucks.

I’ve been getting company trucks and my own trucks fixed here since 1996…. had an airbag break and they got me right in after I got here from loading today. Thanks Ron Bell for keeping me rolling.

Without guarantee of an estimate or clear communication beforehand, expect to pay full price even if the repair is unsuccessful. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend taking your lawn mower there.‼️

On 3 different occasions they charged me for labor and didn’t fix the problem. The last time my semi was taken in to have all new brakes and drums. After they took 2 wheels off, they called and quoted me $2700.00 to replace the brakes and drums. When I told them I wasn’t paying that and to put it back together, they charged me $199.00 for labor. They definitely live up to the name of Skinner. They will rip you off, if you give them the chance.

Call to see if they could put a turbo on truck, and he said they don’t do turbos, ok , this is a shop that work on trucks and they don’t do turbo’s, ok all you do is take old one off and put new one on, no programming it to engine, just click and go.
