AWFUL. Brand new car that i have only ever taken to self service to avoid scratches. Went through this wash ONE TIME and now I have a deep circle etched into the side of my car.

Customer service is horrible , I had a monthly membership wash was broke called to see about a credit since I was unable to use wash 3 different times I visited the wash When I called to see about a resolution I was basically told sorry about my luck Asked if I wanted to cancel ? I said yes ( this was their answer to the problem) I had paid for the remainder of the month They cut off my membership without any credit but still charged me. This wash isn't reliable, was constantly breaking down or not completely washing your car as it should. Don't recommend especially for the price and rude customer service

Second time ever at this car wash. I just went with the $10 wash. It hardly did anything!!!. The tires and body of the car still look dirty. Please make this right.

First user today in my new 2023 Ionic 5. Great concepts. The Ionic doesn’t play well with belt driven systems, sensor cause car to go from neutral to park, then the brakes are activated. Causes the system at the car wash to shut down. The wash was good, but the dryer was not working. Since I don’t live far from the car wash, I was able to towel dry when I got home. Please monitor the dryer, if it is not working, please post at the check-in Devices.

Been a couple times used the 10$ no prob. Tried the 14$ … had soap left behind Went back through picked 10$ still same prob.Called for a refund for the going through twice. Wowser … no refund, but Dane here’s the pics you asked for … after our 3rd conversation … (he had to check the video footage.) ?Only added a ⭐️ because I had to for the post.

One of the touchless sprayer arms was off calibration. It hit my car during the washing procedure and significantly shook the cabin. Pulled out and did a brief check on the rear quarter panel, found a noticeable vertical dent caused by the sprayer. Huge disappointment.

Awful car wash, complete waste of money.Had some surface dirt/road grime from some freeway driving. No mud. Used the Touchless wash, chose the most expensive wash they had. Car came out still with visible dirt on the rear quarter panels, hood and back glass. The wheels are still filthy, and as usual the tire shine that I paid for was only barely applied to the front.Don’t waste your money.Service: Auto detailing

I went through the wash yesterday and I just got the basic $10 wash. My car did not get clean, there was still dirt all over the sides once I left! I had to scrub it with a rag. The first time I came through I paid a little more for the wash and it chipped the paint on my car.

Good car wash but bad location. I always go here because they offer a touch less option. I always leave with my car shiny & clean! The free vacuums are great too. There is not much room in the lot so if the line is long you get stuck in your spot vacuuming and no one is there to guide people so it can get pretty annoying in the lot. But the overall service is good & they have a few options. I get the $13 touch less wash and am happy every time!

Love this car wash! Especially when the cow one down the road is packed. I love that this place offers both touch less and regular brush washes. The free vacuums are always a bonus! A bit on the smaller side but I love not having to deal with the level of waiting like the cow one.

Tip: left lane is for touch car wash, right lane is for touchless. Car was not that clean after the touchless wash. Also a very very long wait on the weekend. No where to park and dry your car afterward because of the line blocking the few side spots.

Its an auto wash, Touch less is actually touchless, does a mediocre job, fine for getting fresh gunk off, without using the swirl machine (touch wash). STi drivers it will not dry the rear of your car ... I assume this is the result of team big wing. There also is no way to pull out and dry your car by hand which is unfortunate.Note if there is multiple wait lines in the very small parking lot, the touchless wash is the right line as it hooks around into the back so you exit to the street when done.
