After working all day and driving in for a cheer practice then getting to the hotel late and their restaurant staff ignoring us, I ordered from this Sonic via grub hub, order was just delivered and all wrong, no condiments after electing and they're listed on the receipt, wrong burger, and no iced coffee, I'd assume it's not the drivers responsibility to prepare the order. But with the iced coffee being almost $5 and being given the wrong burger and charging me $13 I surely hope that's refunded to me ?

Was going to pick a DoorDash order. The restaurant was pretty busy. The guy at the window shooed me away and said there was no order for the customer.... extremely rude for no reason.

Today marks the third time I've waited in this drive through for almost 10 minutes after they open, without being addressed.I understand needing to wait sometimes, but they could communicate at the VERY least.As if opening late wasn't bad enough, chosing to ignore customers is simply unacceptable... I saw at least 2 staff members inside when I left. They also ignored the call I tried to make after.

Lazy. I pulled up 20 minutes to close just looking to buy a bag of ice. Dude inside saw me and went and hid in the back. Circled 3 times thinking maybe he didn’t realize I was waiting but nah, each time he disappeared a little more LOL. Going home to my pregnant wife empty handed. All she wanted was the good ice!

Slow service, always takes 10-15 mins just to get food. Today they said they were closed because their computers were down. The lady was rude about that. This is the closest one to my home as well, I will just drive 8 miles to another location.3 year updateSat at the drive thru for 5 minutes and nobody said anything at 3pm. Still horrible.

The food was great, I haven’t had a corn dog in forever. They do have a surprisingly wide variety of choices on their menu. However, I went there looking forward to trying one of their famous milkshakes, but they said they were out of ice cream! Since ice cream was the main reason for my visit, that was very disappointing…

I went because it was by the house. I did a mobile order and with No sign posted I checked in, not knowing that they’re “drive through” only. They allowed me to sit in stall five for almost half an hour before I found out. Then my drinks weren’t right. I was so mad my filter was broken that I just took them and left. I tipped them too. I really wish I could take it back.

Im sorry I don't like leaving reviews but this sonic sucks gave me some of the worst fries I've ever tasted I don't know what their problem is up there I kinda knew I shouldn't even went here disappointing

Everytime I come here, I'm always waiting for over 25-30 mins at a time. Going through the drive thru, they always have something wrong. Can only accept cash, or telling me I have to wait 10-15 mins for update. When you first drive up they even acknowledge you, you have to yell hello for a few mins and after they feel like it they will answer. I love sonic but this is one of the worst ones I have to say in Columbus.

the heavy-set lightskin girl with the brown hair is rude. not welcoming and far past just passive-aggressive. She assumed what my order was and instead of asking. when she brought back my order she said that I THE CUSTOMER needs to tell HER what my order is at the window… but i already did that by the speakers.. pay attention to your job or maybe ASK ME what i have and there wouldn’t be no confusion. They missed my fries and didn’t disclose it to me. when i went back to tell them i didn’t get my fries they said that they ran out… okay.. so why don’t you tell me you ran out of fries instead of trying to tell me what i need to say at the window???? The manager was kind, but the heavy set employee??? she’s going to get the right customer one day that is not as patient as me.

We were a large group and, between all of us, we tried almost everything on the menu. Everything was delicious! My favorites were the cheeseburger, mozzarella sticks, and onion rings. Service was awesome! I recommend this location 100%. Can't wait to come back.

First issue with this location is the speaker is terrible. I could barely hear the customer service representative when ordering my food. Second issue is my milkshake was not even properly done no whip cream or nothing with an incorrect lid. I would not recommend this location.
