I came in to try to lower my bill and they were not able to help me since only the retention department does that. And honestly, that’s fine. I understood that is not their area and therefore not their problem. However, the sales rep I was talking to was very condescending and not helpful at all considering he ignored my question and kept repeating that he doesn’t see any better offers on his screen so it’s not his fault. To be specific, because he did not actually listen to my question, he assumed that I didn’t understand the word retention. It was very condescending for him to say “so ‘retention’ means to retain.” That was most douche bag way to have explained that to me if I truly was not understanding. He just kept shrugging and assuring me it was not his problem.

Spectrum is the worst provider with the worst customer service. I'll never do business with them again for any reason and under any circumstance! Most recent experience was with a sales rep who was dishonest with me causing me a lot of personal inconvenience

This is the worst Spectrum Store. The first time I went they messed up my services. I decided to give it another try to turn in some equipment and they didn’t take people on the order they signed in and took 2 people before me. They only took one of the cable boxes and said the computer wouldn’t take the other one and I had to take it to the UPS Store. I called spectrum and they told me that store was incorrect and they don’t know why they wouldn’t take it. The customer service is HORRIBLE and they take forever!

Awful experience, they give you promo and then after you get the service they will charge you the orginal amount, costumer service dont care at all, when you want to cancel they say it is really busy you should be on the phone for 2 hour , and there is no way to cancel online

I went in on Monday around 1pm. There's a lot of staff at the counter, so I didn't have to wait very long. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Skye especially!

Just a shout out here to the Spectrum Staff who helped me get my internet and phone set up! Thank you so much for your professional service, helpful suggestions, and the inviting atmosphere.
When my internet wouldn't initially connect, Spectrum sent out a technician the same day and got me hooked up. I highly recommend! Great service.

When I came in the store a guy yells across the room and tells me to sign in and wait and I see 2 guys standing at their computers while 1 guy is walking around twirling and swinging his keys and he would talk with the guys while their was 10 people waiting in the store to be called then after 5 mins of waiting I've seen 4 more people come out from the back of the store then they went back in the back on guys comes out from the back to clock in with his register after 20 mins total of waiting there is now 3 guys on the floor but still only 1 guy is helping the people on the floor 10 mins after that they guy that came out finally calls me up to help

DON'T BE FOOLED! CHECK YOUR CONTRACT!
Beware the phones you purchase here are extremely overpriced. Their
employees will dazzle you with great sales skills while failing to mention prices aren't what is as shown. Recently I purchased 2 Motorola Razors. The price on the display phone stated $699. When I received my digital contract to sign there was two contracts each for $999. I cancelled the order and within days found the exact phones for less than $149 each.
While, Spectrum did cancel my order after I refused to accept delivery of the order, I was charged some small fee for returning items that I was clearly mislead into purchasing.
So I say here for the world to see...

They where very helpful and nice and no wait but i accidentally gave them my HDMI cord and haven't been able to speak with someone at the direct stire on H High st to see if they still have it ? If someone can get back with me I would appreciate it
