Service tech Jetmir was awesome. Super personable and friendly guy, answered my questions and got my internet up really fast. Felt really comfortable with him in my home and he made great conversation.

Doesn't actually open when it says they do and there is no way to reach the store by phone. Even calling the national number, they can't reach the phone. Multiple employees walked past me standing in front of the door waitinf 15 minutes after opening and didnt even acknowledge my presence. Terrible support.

Was told the only way for me to move my line from my families' plan into my own plan was to leave spectrum and then come back. Or get rid of my phone number which I've had 20 years.Then they were unable to give me any sort of estimate on a trade unless I committed to buying the new phone I wanted (z fold 4) which they were out of anyway.Was then asked if I'm a current internet customer. I said yes I have been for 2 years, and she said oh well if you were a new customer we could have got you a deal.I guess my smartest course of action here as a spectrum customer, according to spectrum, is to just leave the company entirely and maybe come back? Welp. Cya I guess?

Would not recommend this company I pay for 1 gig of internet and only get 700 mbp and tgey won't do anything bc its wireless and that's all they will do up to.

Got there early and was told to wait until my appointment time even though they were not busy. Then told I had to call customer service that the store could not help, even though I spoke to customer service and they told me to go to a store! The person helping me just kept saying I can't help you please call customer service. How is spectrum still in business.

The door was locked well past opening time and when I finally got inside the girl at the counter said they were "out of internet equipment". She also didn't give me any information about where to go and get what I needed or offer any kind of help at all. And when I asked her "what? You're out of internet equipment?" She very rudely said "that's what I said. It means we have none here." Very very rude and I will never go to this store again and neither should anyone else.

This is not about the store but spectrum as a whole. Half the time my service is down and for the money that's spent it should not be. Now the app won't work and calling or chatting gets no results. I don't like wasting mo ey and that's what I feel I do with this company!

Absolutely horrific customer service. Outright refused service with zero attempt to resolve the issue. Resolved immediately at a more competent location. The only confusion was what was the initial "issue" at N. High street other than lack of effort. Wish I could give 0 stars

so rude every time i’ve gone in the last few years. most recent visit the lady was so rude i left crying, she wouldn’t help me understand pricing and was just arguing/catching an attitude instead

High St location is horrendous. Multiple employees are dusting their desks instead of helping with the mile long line. Bad Wi-Fi and customer service.

Absolutely the worst internet service in the country. From installation to costumer service, the worst.I’ve had it in multiple cities across the country and always the worst! If you have a choice, use anyone else. From the start the installed my internet, and then cancelled it a week later because they confused addresses and signed up another customer on my account and then shut it down. Secondly, constant interruptions to service, even on days with there isn’t any weather. Hardware is trash, and routers go in and out with signal. AndNow during an outage for a day they still have no ETA on repairs, and the customer service is useless.

In and out even without an appointment. Counter guy was knowledgeable and pleasant. Even though some folks didn't understand the "check in process".
