Bad area homeless/beggars/drug addicts just hanging around out front. Bullet proof glass at the cashier desk for the employee's safety.

Poorly ran speedways in the area. Store does close around 8pm and you have to use window which it not equipped correctly for service. Aso employees will take advantage of this to not work and make customers wait long times. Cashiers are rude and a lot of them are not educated or trained in customer service. Managers lack knowledge of business. Will refuse service when they can't admit to being in the wrong. Esp lately with tobacco coupons since they weren't trained right in the first place.
*CARD SKIMMER * - had employee skimming cards in July 2024/Feb 2025. Please check statements and report if you had fraud charges.

If you have enough gas go somewhere else customer service shouldn't even get one star! They're never stocked it's always dirty.bathroom hasn't worked in years and they lock there doors at 7:45 those old ass white woman that runs this store just here for the hours not the job its!!

Ever since 7/11 took over speedway it has gotten so bad. They never have creamer for coffee. How can you never have creamer? Only creamer they have is what nobody wants.

No Restroom for public use despite stating they do. Glad I tried to use it before buying gas and drinks here.

The manager her says the Restroom it’s not open the public that’s It's crazy. I visit these gas stations every day and it's the only place that tells me that the bakos are closed to the public. I don't know if they would do it because I'm Latino because I didn't look like a good friend. Mind you, Speedy Way administrators, I've only seen that treatment here in Columbus.

I stopped for gas, a restroom break, and a quick bite to eat.
I work on the road and have to rely on speedway and fast food for bathrooms and snacks.
I was told with another person today the bathrooms are closed and not open to the public.
No restroom, no sale. I'll happily take my money elsewhere.

If the option was there to give zero stars, I WOULD. Stopped by for gas this morning and asked for a certain amount on pump 5. Cashier accidentally placed my gas on pump 6, allowing someone else to use it and refused a refund and/or pump exchange. I asked to speak to a manager who turned out to be PAMELA. I explained my problem to Pamela calmly and she was very rude, and short with me. Pamela then began getting flustered with me, cursing in my face in front of other costumers, and used such foul language I feel it’s inappropriate to repeat. Terrible customer service, and just as well didn’t refund me the full amount due to attitude. Do better!

Speedway on Brown Rd in Columbus Ohio....Worst customer service by the large male employee that is. Working days I guess they think it's exceptible for male employees to be disrespectful and aggressive towards female customers.
