The employees are really nice and the store is always clean. I walk in feeling like an actually customer. Food is always freshly prepared pizza cheese burgers hot dogs etc. Items are always in stock. Prices are pretty good and sales. Some gas stations stick out better than others. It's my go to gas station on high street.

Dude behind the counter, coughing so harshly, I can only assume he was suffering from a strain of the bubonic plague, was texting when I walked up to pay for my stuff. Since he made no indication of looking up from his phone, I said hello in an effort to grab his attention. He told me to "wait a second" so he could finish texting, leaving me to stand there waiting for him. Absolutely zero explanation or apology.
This speedway location is lucky the UDF down Hudson is marginally worse, or I'd never come here.

I'd rate Zero if I could. Appears they close the store and customer service earlier than pumps. I arrived at 10:25 and was in middle of pumping when all overhead lights went out. It was 10:30.
Finished pumping and receipt print failed
I went to go inside and door was locked. This was totally unexpected, so my decent push to the door gave a good thud.
Shift manager Jimmy was terse and insulting I arrived at 10:34 and they were closed. I asked forca receipt for pump. Told je to pay at pump. I said i did. He said I'd get it on my statement. Again reiterating they were closed.
I was still in my car and it was nice that he printed receipt for me... but J8mmy insisted on berating me fie arriving after close. Said pumps stay open to 11pm but inside closes at 1030. But again I arrived prior to close and only was looking for a receipt for fuel $$ paid. I left without receipt as I did not feel need to cave to his timeline. Rude, heated at door originally.
Also if pumps are open to 11pm, how would anyone know that when all overhead lights are out and station appears fully closed. Other reviews call out being closed early too.

The guy behind the counter at 215pm on aug. 20. You are horrible at your job. You are rude and demanding and bossy to customers. The store was not stocked. I had to ask for and wait for you to get soda cups then after that you had no straws to drink them with and you were offering coffee stirrers to drink with. You can not drink soda thru a coffee stirrer. Store was filthy dirty. You would probably do more business if you were on top of things and well stocked

Dirty nasty place with rude staff that don't want to do anything, especially clean. They will stand up to scream at you though. The Sunoco across the street is a lot better

I've been in town for a few days and stopped at this gas station for the past few days. The restroom is locked and they have been locked every time I stopped in. So today I finally asked why the restrooms were locked. I was told the keys are locked in the restroom and they can't get them out. It seems I'm good enough to spend hundreds of dollars on gas and other things, but not good enough to use the restroom

Bought a big gulp ice water and she charged me 1.71 even though there were signs saying big gulp 0.99 all i wanted to do is take my medicine im an uber driver and need just water because i had a tooth pulled yesterday needed to take my ibuprofen

Soon as I walk in the door an employee says Cash Only & Bathrooms are Closed. Not a single car here and both employees sitting down playing on their phones. I just walked out.

Jesse was very rude and said he didn't have time to make ice tea today although he was just standing there not working, when I told him Sheetz has four different iced teas to choose from. He said why aren't you there. So I decided to go to sheets and get ice tea and fill up my gas tank at Sheetz, when filling up my truck with gas I grabbed a few snacks I told the nice lady at Sheetz about what happened, after a good laugh with the teller and other customers she told me she has heard about Jesse being rude to other customers and they now go to Sheetz instead. I will never go back to speedway again. I found the iced tea is actually better and the gas is cheaper, sorry speedway Jesse lost you a customer for life

Whoever the tall dude behind the register today… 7am. “Acts as a manager” he wasn’t the precious girl behind it. She was sweet.I asked if they would cash I. A “$30” keno ticket for me to get 2 packs of cigs and a Gatorade….He ran over to say he doesn’t have enough money in the register to do that…Even though that would be giving me back less than 5$…. He proceeded to act like it was a problem and they couldn’t do it. Because of the money you “didn’t have in your drawer” Your cashier rolled her eyes and did it. ( because you had plenty of cash in The drawer, which I saw) . Maybe have your employees not be jerks right when you open? Whoever this person is…. Tall dude doing the counts of cigs ….. fire or not have someone so combative to work on this easy shift?! Wild experience there.
