Very dirty. Most of their pumps are out of service. Most of their coffee machines are out of service. Employees seem like they hate working and helping customers. Used to be.
Such a nice place now.It's so run down.You almost think they're going out of business. I literally wanted to borrow one of their uniform shirts and clean the whole store.

This is probably the dirtiest store, I ever been ,from the outside to the inside .Is one the busiest too and instead of having it clean ,is all dirty , floors ,machines ,def there is a lack of management.

Unbelievable, know one in this place cares. I had to listen all morning about an employee baby daddy who shes gonna fight. Who hires these people. Id rather deal with people that speak know English than to deal with the workers that they have here IT'S SAD

An alright gas station.
Pumps were decent speed but that was about the only positive here. Pumps were defaced, 25% of the pumps were out of service. This station can be kind of sketchy due to the area.

Its only my second time at thos location and my last. The cashier stiffed me for $4 while the other cashier tried to stiff my friend on a lottery ticket

STOPPED BY TO TAKE MY 4 YEAR OLD SON A SLUSHY…. FIRST OFF OUR FEET STUCK TO THE FLOOR SOONS WE WALKED IN FEET GOT STUCK THE FLOOR!! THIS STORE IS SOOOOO NASTY I CANT BELIEVE THIS IS A SPEEDWAY STORE!! THE SLUSHY MACHINES WERE SO FILTHY AND MOST OF THEM TURNED TO SYRUP THE CUPS HAD SPLASHES OF SLUSHY ALL OVER THERE ANTS ON THE MACHINES MY SON CRIED HOS HEART OUT BECAUSE HE COULD NOT GET A SLUSHY I DIDNT WANT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING OUT OF THIS STORE … ITS A SHAME HOW THIS STORE HAS WENT DOWN HILL IM THINKING OF CONTACTING STATE BECAUSE THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

I greeted the female cashier and said "how are you" and got no response, I said, "thank you" upon transaction and again not a peep. I look forward to the age of robotic cashiers, as they will likely have customer service skils and basic decency programmed.

This Speedway has brought the neighborhood down to a new level. It used to be that you couldn't pull in to get gas without being solicited for a handout, now it's just a whole new experience. The "music" they play ranges from kids tunes to opera and Christmas carols in August at volumes that can be heard throughout the neighborhood, but not inside the building, no respect for those that live around it. You know they don't care when the "security guards" can't walk outside and only stand around inside. I've lived here for 25 years and the Shell station it replaced was so much better than what is there now.

This place could very well be the worst gas station in Ohio! People hanging around the entrances at night, music blaring inside the store. It's so bad they had to put a security camera tower up in the parking lot. The shelves are usually bare and the line to pay is long. Do yourself a favor and go to somewhere that cares about their customers.
