I’m still sitting here at the gas station trying to figure out if I did anything wrong and trying to make sense of what just happened. I came to get just $5 worth of gas. The cashier was on the phone and kept asking me what kind of gas. I had to keep repeating myself. Then the gas wouldn’t even pump. I told the cashier she told me she would switch the pump. And then told me the money is gone. Good thing I’m not running out of gas. She didn’t even apologize. I mean $5 on number 2 should be pretty simple.

This location consistently has multiple gas pumps out of service, which can be frustrating. The parking lot is in serious need of repair—some of the potholes are so large, it feels like you could move a whole family into them!

This location is very trashy. All trash cans filled sky high. It was supposed to be closed for cleaning, seen the lady on her phone. Not cleaning. Must be nice to be get free money. Just show up to work, and shut down for cleaning for hours. Don't actually clean for hours. Just get paid for it.. sad

Why is this location closed for 2 hours for cleaning? When I can see her just walking back and forth. How come the Cassidy location runs just fine every night. But this location closes for hours, for cleaning?!?? Second time I had to travel to Cassidy, when I'm right around the corner from this location.

NOT Autism Friendly.
My 8 year old nonverbal child was having a hard time in the gas station that unfortunately led to a meltdown. As I was trying to deescalate the situation, one of the female employees behind the counter YELLED, “OH HELL NO ID BEAT HER ASS IF SHE WAS MINE”
In a discombobulated state I told her that my kid has autism while simultaneously helping my child, and she continued berating my child.
It all hit me what she had said once we left and got calmed down and… not cool, and THANK GOD He gave me my child and NOT you.

As of Thur. 11-7-24. What ate they doing with are money? Pot holes that haven't been filled for months, maybe year(s).
I noticed for years, this location has one attendant, being how this location has much more traffic & I've heard of the criminal activity in this area.
The Agler Rd., Gahanna location provides two attendants at night.
