I have been a customer of Sport Clips for many years and recently moved here. I had a great beard trim today but being charged $30 for it, seems excessive. I usually pay between 10 and 14 dollars is recent months. I am not sure if I will be back to this location, if you charge that much for beard trims and i am in the chair for 10 minutes, what would you charge for an MVP? $60???

The Hours of Operation on Google say 9AM … their app says 9AM… their hours on the door say 9AM. I checked in on their app (it said 0 minute wait time at the Polaris location) and then drove to the store. The sign said OPEN but the door was locked, TV on, I could see my name first in line but no one was here. Longtime customer… but this is frustrating to drive across town and deal with this. This happened on Monday, August 18, 2025 at 9:50AM. I had the same experience at the Sport Clips on Lewis Center (Rt 23 by Pullman Rd) but they had their Open sign off and their app was not letting me Checkin (despite hours posted saying they were open). Left at 10:15 after waiting 25 minutes… have other appointments

Been getting fades from different barbers around the states. From expensive to cheap. Decided to give sport clips a try. Carla’s fade was nice. Would come back for her most definitely.

This is the second time I’ve gotten my haircut here and they’ve been fantastic every time. It is definitely my go to when I come to visit my family.

I went to haircut, one of the worst haircut i got very uneven hair after the hair cut. She even doesn't know how to do. On the top they need tips for doing a very bad haircut.

First time at this location in Polaris, and it was above and beyond with service. I had the pleasure of working with Carla! Her attention to detail is above any other that I have had in the past!!! Looking forward to my next visit to the Polaris location!
