I had an excellent experience with Ms. Bell. She went out of her way to explain transferring my phones from my old provider to T-Mobile. It took a few days because of my work schedule but she didn’t mind that at all. If I ever need anything else she is the person I would come back to.

I went to this location last night (12/15/24) with a never opened, never used, still in the box and plastic Samsung A35 5g that I brought from to get a SIM card for it and to pay the bill on my current prepaid line. The lady representative grabs my phone, takes it out of the box, rips and throws away the paper/foam thing surrounding the phone, and slams the caseless phone on the counter and slides it around. She starts asking me where I brought the phone, when I tell her Best Buy and that it’s unlocked, she says,”yeah. Sometimes Best Buy phones aren’t unlocked. “ then walks up to a display phone, pulls out the SIM card and inserts it into my phone without my permission to verify that my phone is unlocked. I think she did this to keep me paying for a SIM card that I couldn’t use. I don’t know, but when I got home, I turned on my phone and got a blue screen and a message regarding asking if I was sure that I want to change the OS on the phone. This is a new phone that I never used (the set up screen popped up when she turned it on). It was very rude to rip open packaging on a device that was clearly going back into the box, slap it on and slide it across the table with no screen protector or case. The worst part is that I was charged $70 for my prepaid line, and when I woke up today, the bill was not paid. Leaving 2 stars because the second SIM card atleast allows me to make phone calls and work without wifi

10/7 visit. I went to purchase the S24 Ultra 256GB. Guy comes out with the 512GB and hands it to the sales rep helping me. He asked twice if they had a 256GB in any color. The rep that grabbed the phone shook his head no both times without looking up from his phone. I declined the 512GB and went with the S24+. The 3rd sales rep said they did have them and went and pulled one from the back. I was lied to so they could try and up sell me the 512GB, even after the rep helping me asked him for the 256GB.

Phone was having a SIM issue. They had me fixed up and out of the store in like ten minutes. Great Customer Service.

Tyler and Bryan went above and beyond for me today. I lost my phone and a form of ID in a canoe trip. They stayed patient and thought outside the box to get my Sim changed to an old device when all I had is a military ID. They worked with Mr and tmobile customer service and got my phone back and going. So thankful for them .
