Simply go anywhere else. Many people complain about this locations bad customer service. I've experienced it. I was in there this morning trying to find something then I tried to find someone to ask but all three employees were chatting by the registers. When they asked me if I found everything I explained that I really needed help. He then told me that if I needed help then I should have come up to the front and asked. I then said that I hadn't even been greeted and at this point I was the only shopper. He started yelling and called me Karen. Through my items toward me and told me that he better not see me in his store again. Yelling as I left with my damaged item. I'm waiting to hear back from corporate. My advice if you have to go here that you don't ask for help. Get in and get out.

Another review for upgraded experience. I brought some more Amazon returns here and this time the staff member was on it! She was so pleasant and she took extra time to check that one of the returns had processed correctly.

I just have to leave a review for the Kenny rd Staples in Columbus Ohio..the general manager, Rylen and his employee, Robin are amazing! They went above and beyond to help me print out a finicky rack card It's tough these days to find great customer service or employees that care about the place they work. They deserve a raise! Seriously! Thank you again Rylen and anytime you guys want to see a show , plz reach out!

Terrible customer service. Folks were inattentive and not helpful when I needed help printing. They even came up to me and told me that they close in 15 minutes, didn't refund me for the prints that didn't come out correctly and never offered to help.

the cashier never spoke to me. no hello, no goodbye, find everything, nothing. worse customer service. the dude needs to go to training.

TSA PRE-Check The lady working here is HORRIBLE. 1st visit: Came as a walk-in, she said she had no time. 2nd visit: Had an appointment for 12:20pm, she said she's on break until 12:30pm, waiting until 12:30, then she continued to take the 12:30 and 12:40 appointment first. 3rd visit: TSA said this lady made a mistake, so went back to the store and she said needed an appointment to see her. NO, fix the mistake YOU made.

Clementine and Cameron are rockstars. Been dealing with the BMV today and needed to quickly get something printed halfway through, they got me in and out in no time I appreciate them endlessly, they both deserve a raise!!!!
