Nelson, in the printing department, was exceptionally helpful, smart and kind. I was truly impressed with his willingness to go the extra mile for me. Great customer service!

UNCLEAR, CONFUSING PRICING
While the team members at this store were very professional, my complaint is with Staples. I came here to buy an office chair--and didn't want the hassle of making and setting up my own from "the swedish store."
Here's what happened. I found an office chair that said ASSEMBLY was an extra ~$20. But once I went to the register, they told me that this assembly happens IN STORE--I still would have to find a way to get it home. I have a mid-sized car, and there's no way that giant office chair is fitting in my trunk. So, it's misleading at best, or deceitful at worst, to tell customers you are going to assemble something for them--but leave them hanging with delivery.
They said they could deliver the chair for me--but if I wanted it assembled AT HOME, it would be $60 through a third-party service. Why don't they show this on their price tag in the store???
So I did purchase the third-party assembly--but even though I spent a good 10 minutes giving Staples my address, phone number, and information (the screen timed out multiple times, so I had to give the info multiple times)--when I got home, I received an e-mail from the third party service saying I need to call them and set up a time.
This entire purchase, from start to finish, was both confusing, misleading, and a TOTAL HASSLE--and convenience was the entire reason I chose your store in the first place!

I had the best instore experience with Staples. After placing a order earlier and it glitching leaving me waiting for a return I was mad and confused. Spoke to a lot of reps for Staples and they were so nice leading me to the correct action to take. I had to replace the order from my end on my own accord and was worried but this time they got the order. Picked it up and the young woman who assisted me was so amazing. She remembered my call earlier and was sorry it had not worked out in a immediate way. But was glad we had stuck with Staples and put my trust in the resolution. She even took the item to my waiting car. Wow Wow will never stray from Staples they are the best.

Store is good, Amazon returns are really easy, but they don’t have photo printers for Staples’ print by email system. Two outta three ain’t bad, but picture printing would help a lot.

amazing service! Went to Fedex with a request that they said had to be sent out to their 3rd party design team, starting at $30. Got the same custom job done here at a fraction of the price & the service was amazing. Will be coming here for all my print needs from now on. Store is really clean & all the employees are really friendly too, especially Nelson, he is the best!

The Staples manager provides unique assistance to business and personal customers. Jessica spent time with me on the telephone prior to my visit assisting with product selection. This type of attention is unheard of in present day business. Customer service is a lost art, but not at this, Staples Lennox town center location. Since the pandemic, I have purchased most of my office supplies from a major online competitor. After reconnecting with Jessica, I will take the time to patronize this Staples store as much as possible. I know it may be more convenient to purchase online, however With the Special attention that store employees provide to customers I can sacrifice a little time and purchase online combined with retrieving my purchases at the store. Thank you Jessica for being the best part of Staples and also for selecting excellent support staff.

I went in to buy two desks because the store's website indicated they had four in stock. I wandered around the desk area for a while, trying to find the ones I wanted, only to realize they kept them in the back. I waited for about 10 minutes to see if any associates were around, but none appeared. So, I went up to the front near the printing services and asked for assistance. They said they would radio for someone.
After probably 20 minutes with no one showing up, I went back to the front to ask again. The staff seemed a bit frustrated that no one had come to help. One of the employees then asked, who I can only assume was the store manager, for assistance. She, in turn, asked someone else to help because she could never seem to find desks, and he was apparently better at it.
I followed this new person to the back, only for him to realize that he couldn't find the desks either. He ended up checking the same website I had used and told me that another Staples store had two desks in stock.
The whole reason I came to this location was that they supposedly had four desks, so I figured this store had the best chance of having them. What a complete waste of time for me, my wife, and my toddler!
