Staples service is uneven. If the service is simple, Staples is OK. Other times it can take an hour or more to resolve.

I have been coming to staples for years. I’m not a tech person so usually come for some printing projects and usually get some ink and paper for my home printing purposes.
I came here last week to get 5 documents printed in color. There was no line and the attendant told me to use the self service machine. He did t explain it and just told me to sit at the computer which charged 35 cents a minute.
I followed some instructions on a business card the attendant handed me and was confused. The attendant said we’ll just follow this instructions when I came up to get some help.
I decided to leave, paid an annoying $5 for the computer that I accomplished nothing with.
I went t across the street to fed ex office and used a self service machine there but an attendant actually helped me and it only cost $3.25! I will now only go to fed ex for my printing needs- better customer service and the environment is much cleaner and up to date.

Excellent selection of back to school items in addition to items used in a business work environment. I was very pleased to see a full range of items at a range of prices from low to high depending on quality. I was also thrilled to find an entire aisle for the first time of quality art supplies for adults. Staff were helpful.

do not go to the printing center. awful services. Their printer would not work then they would not help me nrbside they were too busy. They literally said they would not print 1 paper for me because they were too swamped.

Had an ok experience. Was thankful to the manager Rylen for knocking down the printer price of the printer I wanted by 150 bucks! He said he could get the protection on it for me to. What a great service. Hope to come back and get even more deals!

Don't return your Amazon stuff here and buy your office supplies elsewhere. I never post reviews but I've had the displeasure of visiting this Staples three or four times and it has always been a complete nightmare.

All of the people that work here, especially in the copy center, are just awesome. Very nice, real people who care. Best in the biz. When it was something very meaningful, they took care of me. Their customer. Go here for your office, copying, and laminating needs.

Simply go anywhere else. Many people complain about this locations bad customer service. I've experienced it. I was in there this morning trying to find something then I tried to find someone to ask but all three employees were chatting by the registers. When they asked me if I found everything I explained that I really needed help. He then told me that if I needed help then I should have come up to the front and asked. I then said that I hadn't even been greeted and at this point I was the only shopper. He started yelling and called me Karen. Through my items toward me and told me that he better not see me in his store again. Yelling as I left with my damaged item. I'm waiting to hear back from corporate. My advice if you have to go here that you don't ask for help. Get in and get out.

BiIG FAT ZERO RATING. Lousy and rude customer service. Honestly, MOST of current Staples employees at this store are low-level dayworkers who could never have been hired in the past. The lazy butts are on their cell phones, socializing, and nowhere to be helpful. Too woke and farting around lazy to even help find an item or wear their name tags. Immature and unprofessional!Sadly today this store is unacceptable and pathetic.A manager YEARS AGO was truly outstanding.

Very poor experience .. Customer Care is Definitely Dead and gone. The print copy area associate would help me find anything said she only works that area umm ok so I ask a cashier she has no idea where in the store what I'm looking for is and sent on a wild goose chase SMH so I had to look online to find what ANYONE that worked there should have been able to help me find

Horrible support in the print service area. They seem incredibly dismissive and didn’t offer any solution to the printer not working correctly. I was very kind about my request and was met with the rudest customer service workers I’ve met in some time.
