Didn’t know half of what I was doing but the workers were super nice and understanding even reprinted my papers for me after I did wrong the first time he’s name was George super nice friendly guy customer service was really good

Don’t bother walking in for TSA here. They’re booked despite the advertisement. TSA is supposed to be accepted until 5pm. The store says 4pm. Make the appointment only. I recommend that this store keeps up with TSAs website. It’s extremely inconvenient.

Lazy employees! The lady at the front said that we charge $20$ for assembly and then, 30 minutes later, said that we don't do it at this Staples branch. Check out the other branch. Never coming there and wasting my time

For the Dublin, OH location: Lots of office products and then some. Very friendly staff, especially the cashier!

Worst experience in this staple store . This store suppose to accept Amazon return. The person who is doing this seems not liking the job . Came here twice and not successful. First time I came couple of weeks back the employee say we close Amazon return before an hour closing the store . Next time same person with a same attitude saying their system is down .
May be it's right but the way the person talking to the customer doesn't feel like wanted to do the return.
I used to buy things from Staples, but never going to purchase anything from this store .
I talked to other employees and that person was very nice . Because of that I am giving 2 Star

I tried to return an unopened item and they said I could not as it was purchased 31 days ago and the limit is 30 days. This is a silly policy that I have not encountered at any other store in recent times. They got to keep my $17, but are loosing out on any more profit from my purchases as I will not return to this store.
