It was a slow time when I went in and the workers seemed to busy chit chatting it up then to offer up some decent customer service. No one called my name when my drink was ready so unfortunately I had no clue it was ready and just sat around waiting.

I proposed a race at starbucks terday… which method could get my complaint straight to the to the top at Sbux here. Would they hear my point or just think im some vagrant. Paper is not forever, you can take our straws and our bathrooms but paper is where you should set a priority… trees are more directly related to gloabal warming. Why should paper pay for our mistakes…. Thats not fair starbucks… yer so large and influencial… and ive only had nice things to say until… now… but i cant help but be disappointed!Starbucks holds a very dear place in my heart… worked there for 5 years and I learned so much about people, myself and life. I think that recently they’ve been a blunder as far as fulfilling consumers needs… they’ll make the drink with substitutions or a workaround but if they are the level they are and grabbing after consumers cash, then no that will not do. You do not have my item? You do not get to hoard my cash that I literally sustain with (you’re lucky yer getting any off it.)All in all not bad but I guess I’m picky.

This Starbucks location appeared to be closed due to an employee strike. Not very good customer service. If you can't depend that a store is going to be open than it's time to change stores.

One might suppose that entering an establishment to order and enjoy a plain coffee in 21st century America might be easy. This particular Starbucks proves the opposite. Entering the establishment, one is greeted not with a welcoming aroma of coffee, but instead the stench of “customers” who may have outstayed their visit.The premise of this scathing review is the coffee. Plain black coffee, dark or pike has typically been that of a bitter burnt taste. Methinks most of their time is spent wondering about my feelings, or them thinking I care about theirs. I come for coffee, not emotional support. On March 15, 2023 the horrendous coffee, which I’ve stomached (sigh consumerism + laziness) for years, reached a new low. The jet fuel (figurative speech) I was looking for indeed tasted like jet fuel. After a sip (two) I needed to head immediately to vomit the beverage back up.I will not be returning here.
