Unable to handle the high demand of their location between two hotels and a convention center. This store is too small and understaffed to handle the busier times of the day.Even mobile orders run about 45 minutes behind and the app won't tell you accurate times and you can't cancel.

Horrible service. Rude and slow employees. They have zero urgency and after asking for my food item (after 10 minutes) she slid it on the counter with a slight eye roll. Even though it’s convenient for convention attendees, AVOID unless you want to be subjected to rude service!

This conventioncenter Starbucks is exceptionally slow. On top of that, they refuse to make any drinks with a blender when they get a little bit of a line because it takes too long. It takes too long because they're slow. I watched them make several before I got to the front of the line so I know they work. This is like this every time I come here. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. I wish JAVAs was still here.Update: Goto Perks in the Hyatt just through the door. Fantastic service.

This location does not adhere to their posted business hours. Their already truncated hours list them as closing at 4 pm, however they actually close at 3:40 pm as their staff refuses to serve customers after that time. There is a simple solution to this: either update your business hours to reflect your actual business hours or serve people until your posted business hours.

Went to get a basic coffee this morning. The employee named black gentleman called Jarrod was moving like a snail and I couldn’t understand his mumbling! If you want to get pissed off first thing in the morning before you get your coffee go to this Starbucks!! Why would they not correct an employee like this that is this lazy!! They were busy, I get that which most Starbucks are in the morning. Problem was I walked up to the counter to order. He told me to wait he had to play on his phone before he took my order. After that he came back to the register and he just stood there and looked at me, I had to ask him are you ready for my order? what a joke!Kid-friendliness: Sucked!! Go here for slow service!!

Some of the stuff have very bad attitude especially the women who wires hat,I had to take my coffee every day but i changed my mind bc of the rudeness that i experienced multiple times I wish there is another starbucks near that building

Believe the reviews!! Vile, nasty and astonishingly rude staff! Closed 30 minutes early and there was so much attitude from the employees, it's a wonder that they're getting paid. First day.. super rude (loud groans, eye rolls, the whole show). The second day we left without ordering due to the sheer malevolence of the so-called baristas.Save yourself from the obnoxiousness and go down to the Market Cafe next door, inside the Hilton. It's a 2 minute walk inside the convention center. Go back out to the main hall from Starbucks, take a left. Much friendlier staff and better experience for paying customers.Wheelchair accessibility: At least an hour before closing, they closed the gate so that customers could barely get in and the store appeared closed. There's no way anyone could get a wheelchair through.

Came to a convention for the weekend. The employees were very rude each day. We walked out twice. Only went back to see if it would happen again. It did. Highly recommend if you are in the Convention Center just go down the hall and turn left and go to The Market by the escalators. Much more pleasant experience.

Ordered 2 drinks and a cake pop. Received cake pop right away. There were approximately 25 people waiting for orders, and 2 people walked away to go on break. We waited well over an hour, and both of our drinks were incorrect. My Matcha frap was I'm not even sure what! Never seen this drink before. Hubbys Iced Caramel Mac was hot and nowhere near his order. Sizes were not correct either. My drink was thrown away it was so horrible. Granddaughter loved the cake pop.

When ordering the lady was so rude, she rolled her eyes when I asked for syrup, and just looked like she didn’t want to be there. When I got my order I asked for a venti and received a grande, when I went to ask about getting the venti i ordered the employees were so mean and they all had horrible attitudes, they also demanded I payed for a whole new drink. I waited about 30 minutes for my 1 drink when there was few people there.

Every morning something is broken and not working at this location - the blender, the oven (they have two), the espresso machine and so on. I think the staff at this location simply despise their customers and just don’t want to serve them so they make up stories about failing equipment.
