I ordered via mobile and no one was even working the Starbucks when I arrived. I called and the Kroger person put me on hold x 10 minutes while they looked for her. I then went to customer service and the Starbucks employee was talking to them at the counter while I was on hold. I took a refund. Place is poorly managed and staffed.

If I pay extra for espresso you should actually put it in there, and when someone asked you to hold the sugar don't pump half the bottle of chocolate syrup in my drink ?Dietary restrictions: Hands down the worst place to go if you are trying to have them make something special to fit your diet

Ordered online through the mobile app, had to wait 30 minutes in store to get two drinks and a cheese danish. I asked for my chai to have a pump of brown sugar syrup, whipped cream, and cinnamon powder on top - it was printed on the label, but they just gave me a regular chai with nothing else. And I requested the cheese danish to be heated up but they literally left it in the plastic bag, stuck it in a Starbucks bag and called it a day. I get it if you are busy but the workers had no idea what they were doing and it ended up being the worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks.

I really just had to wait 28 minutes for a cup of coffee that took 10 seconds to pour, nothing special, just plain pikes place.. unbelievable

Stood at the register for over 15 minutes, watched several people walk away without being acknowledged. Not even a "We'll be right with you." Just blantently ignoring everyone in line while one person does all the work. The other stands around chatting moving at a snails pace and playing with papers. I asked as politely as I could what I was waiting for since she was standing right I front of me for a while and she snapped back about she has to do her job. Then she finally begredgened took my order. Then the manager is standing around watching it all. Horrid customer service.

Just received some of the worst customer service ever from this Starbucks location. Barista name Nevaeh is extremely rude and shouldn’t hold a job in customer service whatsoever!!! Shame on Kroger and Starbucks for allowing employees to act this way towards paying customers. I will not be back to this establishment!!

Never open on time. Says that they would be open at the time of the store opening. But every time I go they aren't opened to 2-3 hrs after store is opened. Workers do nothing but talk.

Friendly staff but their machines are down so you cant order any hot coffee.
