I'm a trucker and I found out months after they "towed" my rig that the property manager never called them. They have a guy with Freightliner keys who will literally steal your truck and then charge you to retrieve it.
If they have your rig, your first call should be to the property manager of the lot you parked at. These people should be thrown in jail.

This place was supposed to hold my car until they heard from the bank, but they shipped it to another location without anyone's permission leaving me without my vehicle for over a month! Then they says it was all the banks fault, when the bank had zero knowledge of them transporting my vehicle.

Had a good experience getting one of my vehicles recovered. Friendly staff. Took some time but did it right. Will work with them again if I need to.

Had an interview for here and I was told how the whole thing would go down really liked the place and all but to not even be considered a candidate for the job I applied for not even a phone call now I could be just typing this early but I was told that the calls would be going out that night or next day and I’ve heard nothing back so to not be considered hurts but oh well if your guys lose is how I’ll look at it I’m a hard working individual and always on time to my job and never will say no to anything type of person but it is what it is when you other 2 don’t work out I’ll be here for you to call

Most rude unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. They repo my car stealing my wallet then refused to let me come get the important items needed to make the payments to save my car. I hope they go out of buisness

They are very rude!! Although my car was towed on my mishaps which is completely fine. But stealing items out my car is very unprofessional and unethical. You have the car so upon bagging my belongings in a bag thanks by the way but every item should have been placed in that bag. My laptop and company cell phone was stolen out of the vehicle which was present in the car when the towed it. So how they mana he to get everything else in the bag except for the electronic devices is beyond me. The excuse from the lady at the window is that they don’t go digging under seats or any areas of the car where there could be potential needles and drugs for their safety!!!! Now mind you my laptop was under the passenger seat halfway out in plan site and company cell phone was in glove department… but you got EVERYTHING OUT THE GLOVE DEPARTMENT BUT PHONE WAS’NT PACKED IN BAG !!! Absolutely rude disrespectful down right criminals. But merry Christmas happy birthday new year kwanza Hanukkah whatever Desire!!! Enjoy those gifts!!!

before 9am in the morning tried to steal my my dads car saying it belonged to someone else and that they had papers in their truck. funny how when the police come they suddenly have no papers and say it must be a bank mistake. DO NOT TRUST this company or associates. when they dropped the vehicle after the cops told them to they literally just dropped it on the ground with a family member in it. also reviewing our camera, found they just hooked up our car without checking the vin first.

I'm a trucker and was "towed" by these criminals last summer. Later I found out from the property manager of the store I was parked at that he never called for a tow. They have a guy who drives around with Freightliner keys looking for unoccupied cabs to steal. If you are a trucker and these people "tow" you, your first phone call should be to whoever runs the lot you were parked at. I'd sue them but I'm not the owner of the truck so it's not really my business. These people should be thrown in jail.

Very rude customer service they towed my car for no reason from my apartment complex l, I called and asked them why they towed my car and her name is Angie very rude by the way she said they got a call from the rental office to tow my car because it was abandoned. I said OK I went to the office and asked them why you guys reported my car was abandoned and the manager in the office she said we never reported your car abandoned that’s not true then I call Angie to confirm that they didn’t report it so why you tow my car she was very angry rude and she said if you want your car, you have to pay and get it out I’m not going and forth with you and I said you towed my car for no reason then she hung up. I went back to the rental office and called Angie back She spoke with the office manager and she said I never told him that I got called from you guys. She completely denied telling me about getting a call from the office to tow my car. and the office manager say send me pictures of the car that shows the violations then angie emailed her the pictures then the office manager said I don’t see any reason for them to tow your car so you have to talk to them. I went in person to the office to talk to Angie. once again she was very rude. She said if you don’t pick it up today we are gonna close for Christmas and it’ll be close for five days there is isn’t other choice but we going keep charging you. I didn’t want to take the chance I just went and paid got my vehicle out. Definitely suing her.
