A few weeks ago, our next door neighbor's landscaper was aerating their yard and the machine tipped over and knocked into our fence damaging four sections. So, we called up the previous owners of our home to see who had installed the fence so we could have it repaired. It was Lannis, so we gave them a call. We told them what happened and before we could ask them to come out and give us a quote they said, "not our responsibility, the warranty ended when the past owners moved out". Of course, we had no intention of asking for warranty coverage. So, again we explained and asked for a repair quote, figured it was best to try and use the same company who installed it to help fix it. The receptionust told us, "We don't do repairs, but I'll ask the owner". We received a voicemail the next day, the owner, wasn't interested because he "doesn't do small jobs or repairs". That's good to know, and it's unfortunate, because we had hoped they might be able to fence off the broader perimeter of our acre of property, now we know to look somewhere else. The original fence they installed seems fine, but I certainly wouldn't use a company like this.
