Assisting our parents move to Columbus and we received great service/support from Haley Wisniewski (store manager for Columbus/Market Store Space facility). She was very approachable, considerate and answered all our questions. She went out of her way to make sure we knew how the process worked and followed up to ensure we had everything we needed. Much appreciated!

The store manager from Hilliard made the move in process so easy. Wonderful customer service skills! She told me how to do everything over the phone simply and even answered all of my calls when I needed to call back for additional questions. She is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this place! It’s very clean and spacious.

I guess short term might be different, but our rent started at $70-ish for a 10x15 and now we're at $170. Every time we turn around the rent has increased and the automatic doors are ALWAYS broken. A couple of weeks ago BOTH doors were broken.

I was having a terrible day today, I entered this establishment. when I went to the counter I was greeted by Katie. I’m greatful god let me meet her because she helped me greatly.I forgot I was upset thank you Katie for going above and beyond for your customers??

This place has been a great storage unit and solution for my storage needs. First, it was so fast and easy to reserve a storage unit online with them. I took advantage of their great deal of 1st month free, free lock, and waived admin fee, with a discounted rate for the unit.
Second, I went there and couldn't figure out my code, so i luckily caught Katie, who went above and beyond to assist me, even though she was closing up shop. She actually was closed, but sweet enough to open the door and help me out. She was great and helped me reset my pass code, tested it, and gave me a run down of the building.
I haven't had any issues since being here 3 months. I would recommend them time and time again.

They are amazing overall, Katie is so helpful and her boss is also amazing! They just really care about their clients. There facility is very clean and actually smells nice! I feel safe storing my things.
