When I walked in the restaurant worker asked me if I had a coupon first without greeting me or asking what to order first. That seems off to me!Only reason I came was because I got coupons in the mail. Not the biggest subway fan

Placed an online order and raced over on my lunch break - they did not have the order made in the 10 minutes it took to get over there so I waited - they made two other ppls subs who walked in the door over it.. Then they put the wrong ingredients on - I didnt select salt and noted no salt yet when they made my sub finally with 5 minutes left on my lunch break they put a bunch of salt on it.. I had to throw it away because I did not have another several minutes to wait as more customers came in line.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Subway for over 2 years. The gentleman with the long ponytail & the other man that’s shorter are always great to me.The only issue occurred 2 weeks ago. I’ve always used the Subway coupons from the mail (get a free cookie, get a free bag of chips, etc). There was an older woman ringing behind the counter. An older man was running around with the ponytail man doing some random maintenance.The older man runs behind the counter to take my order. I show him my “Buy one footlong sub and any size drink, get one free footlong sub” to verify that they still take it. They’ve always taken it before. He said that they don’t take that one, but will take any other coupon. I know it’s petty to complain, but that coupon isn’t going to kill the store. This couple appears to be new owners. Who’s to say they’ll keep taking the other coupons? Be aware that they pick and choose what coupons they’ll take so plan accordingly.

I'm almost positive I got food poisoning from this place. Had a sweet onion chicken teriyaki last night. At about 5pm today I started feeling very nauseous. I'm now laying in bed with a fever of 102 and throwing up every couple hours. It's the only thing I've eaten in the past few days that was a little sketchy.Subway in general sucks. This one is the worst I know of.

I would like to complain about the worker at store located at 2090 W Henderson Rd Columbus, Ohio 43220. His name was Shawn he said he owns the store. Every time I go in this store and if he is in there he is very rude to customers, I witness him get really nasty with a man who did not have a mask on and one time subs were free he was very rude and nasty to 2 kids who came in. He didn't even let both kids know they could get a free sub. This man is very rude and we will not be going to this subway ever again. Do not go to this store Sean/Shawn is nasty and very rude!!!

Ordering over the App is convenient, but this location doesn’t give cheese and a whole bunch of other things if you use the App.You only realize everything is missing when you open up the package at home.There is obviously no way to check at the store as it will make a mess, and this store takes advantage of that.Such a horrible way to cut corners.They should be supporting the App more with better service and discounts as it’s obviously more convenient for them too.But instead they are deceiving the App users.
