Came into Swarovski Crysta lPolaris location in Columbus today with my husband and chose a beautiful necklace for my birthday. Very good customer service e and helped by a very polite young man.

Just left the Polaris location. My husband and I Walked in and walked right out. I was looking for a swan necklace for a gift. There was no one in the store but one associate. As soon as I walked in, We were not greeted. So… I said “Hi” to the associate with the hair weave. She looked at me like I was crazy and didn’t say anything back! I thought when you go shopping for a gift such as jewelry that you would at least be greeted and asked if you need assistance. Her energy was horrible and to be honest I will never shop or recommend this store. You would think with the brick and mortar stores you would have some type of service. Extremely disappointing!! I will take my business elsewhere. Zero stars if I could rate.

I came into the location wanting to buy the famous Galindo butterfly necklace that was worn in the wicked movie.i unfortunately I wasn’t able to purchase it because they refused to honor the discount on the website. They made every excuse not to honor the price and I left the store empty handed and your store lost a sale. I will never go back to this store

Liz helped my wife and make an awesome purchase with their Cuban linked necklace! She was very knowledgeable of all items in the store and gave us ideas for future purchases! Nick assisted with the purchase, but Liz was the GOAT of our experience! We highly recommend you request Liz to assist you with future purchases!
