My first Control (weight-training) class and it was w/Gracie B. Wonderful and exhilarating class. My first time attempting a pistol squat-lol, it was truly ugly. I was drenched in sweat by the middle of the class. I will definitely make Control a part of my weekly routine.
March 2022
I've never set foot in SOS but I started their digital studio during March of 2020 and haven't looked back. The best online content, levels, and coaches. I'm obsessed and recommend to anyone!
