Shout out to lue (or Luke) ? he was super helpful and answered all my questions!! He set up all my devices phone watch and buds. If you're ever on that side of town and need to stop at T-Mobile he's your guy. ?

If I could give you zero stars I would! This store is the biggest inconvenience! I have made two separate trips to buy products and the store is never open during the hours they have on the door saying they are open!

I like t-mobile as a whole, and will continue to be a customer with them, but I was mortified when I came to this store tonight. I came in an hour before close, which I felt bad about before I came, only to be met with music the two people had been blasting.I don't think they were expecting someone to come in that late. They weren't wearing name tags, but they were employees.I simply wanted to ask a few questions, but they made it seem like my presence was a burden and made fun of the fact I lacked knowledge about phones.I had no intention to be annoying. I wish they were just a bit more patient and understanding of my situation.Try to visit this store in the mornings, it seems the staff are way more helpful during that time!

I went in to get a new phone and switch to tmobile and I’m kind of regretting it. It took 2 and a half hours to trade in the phone I had, transfer the number, and get a new phone. The person who helped me was nice, but had no idea what was going on. The manager (kept saying he simply didn’t want to) wouldn’t come out after the 5th time the employee went back with a question, leaving him confused. The employee didn’t seem to understand what anything meant when it came to my trade in questions or how much my bill was going to be. It seemed like no training had happened at all. The employee had no sense of get up and go, I understand not wanting to be at work but you’re still at work. I got the phone (which I love) but my goodness it makes me worry about what type of support T-Mobile has if I have any issues in the future.

Kareem doesn’t know what he’s talking about. He keeps trying to charge me $700 for an upgrade that’s supposed to be free and insists that’s what’s supposed to be done. Just overall an incompetent employee. If you see him working, come back a different day.

There was only one employee working, but the wait wasn't too long. Parking is tight, but I was able to get a space. Store appeared clean, and was well stocked. I recommend this. It's better than the Easton one!

Kareem is awesome. He really goes out of his way to help his customers and find solutions. I've had multiple issues with my phone/plan and he has gone above and beyond to rectify them. Every business needs a Kareem

The people who work here are so helpful!!!! Especially Sam (and I think Nick?) I ended up needing an abnormal amount of help lol and they were great. Best t mobile store experience I’ve had yet ?

Horrible customer service. I’ve been with T-Mobile for over 15 years. I purchased a phone online bc of course now of the stores had the phone in stock. Once I received the phone. I went to this local T-Mobile store to get everything switched over. The sales guy said he could not help me bc I didn’t purchase the phone in store. Someone please explain to me when T-Mobile stores and online services start working as separate entities. I’m still a T-Mobile customer, but you can’t help me.
