I went into tmobile today to upgrade my girlfriend phone. It was the worse store i have ever been it.. They are very rude and the employee argue and not to interupt her after i was explaining the promotion i saw on the tmobile website. She was very rude the whole time there.. I would avoid this store at all cost.. i regret going into that store...

This location is NOT LGBTQ+ friendly! They will help the cisgender white people before you. Don’t have the nerve to stand up for yourself and ask to speak to the manager because he’ll refuse service. BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION!

Switched from Verizon to get on my husbands plan. The workers were very nice and relational but didn’t tell us the information we needed to switch over so we had to make two trips to the store. Then the process took way too long (a little over an hour) to get a new phone and switch when we were the only ones in the store.

I had Sprint and ever since the T-Mobile takeover and being forced to put their SIM card in my phone, I get at least six scam calls a day and you can't tell me that's a coincidence because I didn't get them at all before! We also have had numerous occasions where texts are not being sent or received, again not an issue I had with Sprint.

Truly truly an unforgettable experiences, set the proper expectations regarding my bill, extremely patient and ensuring everything presented made sense to me and my family. The BEST wireless experience I have ever had. Thank you Minar and team, my family is forever grateful to your employees and you for being such a great manager ensuring we had nothing but truly the best experience we have ever had in a cell phone store. Both my kids are still talking about how much they love their new apple watches and tablets, cant wait until it is time to upgrade

When we first walked into the store no one moved act like we were not even there had to approach people that were just sitting in chairs. Relaxing the one female that was sitting there playing on her phone acted like we were putting her out or even coming in to speak to them to handle business
